Title: OSFullMinors2010V.1

Manual Download Here
  • All real players
  • Faces for the entire NL East and top 5-10 prospects for each team
  • Opening day lineups/rotations
  • Every player on a MLB roster is included
  • AAA lineups/rotations best as possible
  • Great for franchise play
Thanks to Knight for letting me join the cause and to Ksig for his excellent scouting and potential matches. I'm sure Knight will be around to provide input on V.2.

This is what I did... I'm releasing my Padres edits tomorrow...

Anyone doing an update with correct 25 man rosters and DL thats a franchise file? I know go mets has one with the 25 man rosters...

I am currently working on a personal franchise file that will have correct 25-man, correct 40 man, some updated transactions and fixes (david weathers being on cincy & other fa's on teams released, fixed some players that were right handed instead of left-handed), & with all injuries going into opening day...

I am also taking the rotations and line-ups and fixing and updating them based on play this year (vs R and L handed pitchers)...

I wouldn't mind uploading this when I am done if some want to use the file, I am in the regular season so you wouldn't have to deal with the **** getting adjusted by the cpu...just consider I've played two games so far (CIN vs. STL and MIL vs. COL)...

I have also updated cincy, stl, & mil with equipment & razr's pitch edits from the 09 e.o.s. set along with a little work to fix some things wrong with cincy's roster....

lastly, Ridin/Knight/Ksig your rosters are amazing! praying for you and your family Knight...

Hum...

Sorry, does this roster (OSV1) includes player attributes modifications, or is it just a roster update and nothing else.

And again, whatever this is, thank you guys !
Thx.

Me personally, though maybe others agree... would have loved to see game play aspects released before visual aspects like below.... maybe next year.

V1 - Out thereready'
V2 - (?) - Razr and Pope's pitch (and stamina) edits
V2.1 (?) - myself and ThirdDegree most SCEA created players pitcher (non-pitch / stamina edit i.e. H/9, BB/9 etc) and hitter (all except throwing) attributes re-rated using Bahnzo's roster tool 3 year average (2007 - 2009 non-weighted).
v2.x (?) - Strut's equipment / stance edits
v2.x (?) - will include all faces done and minor league lineup cleanup edits
Whats up abc. In the past the visual aspects always came first which is why I placed it in that order though thats not necessarily the order its coming thats just my speculation. Im all for whatever the core guys want to do in whatever order they would like to do it. I know Razr and Pope are coming along (and it might be alot more along then people realize). Strut is doing his thing but he needs help so that might take a little longer than normal.

I also know from last year that there is a good amount of people who want the visual with stock pitches and attributes which is one big reason why Strut was normally first. If I remember correctly last year Knight went back into his initial release and released a complete version of his all-star set while reverting all the pitchers back to their stock numbers which Im sure was very time consuming. This was all due to demand. I know Knight wont be around for a bit in his normal way and we PM'd a while back to ge a time frame for us to do our thing in which I did ask to do it after Razr does his. If K-Sig and/or Ridin wanna provide their opinion on that, Ill do whatever they want to do but I do say wait until they clean up V.1.

Fairly certain that the only guys "modified" are the created minor leaguers (and whoever wasn't on the SCEA roster). I think (but I'm not certain) that the next update will just be a completed V1 (faces, stances, etc.). Could someone correct me if I'm wrong?

Morning, so this is my second post ever but I need help.
So I just downloaded the file, its currently zipped. When I get home from work how do I install it on my PS3?
I assume I unzip before I plug in the USB?
Then what, how do I access the file?
Thanks so much for the help, I realize I am wicked slow.

Really minor change:

The Red Sox catching prospect is Luis Exposito, not Esposito.

Thanx a million for the roster and all your work guys!

im with ja on this one, I think we should wait for them to put the finishing touches on v1 (fix the minors, fix attributes, finish faces) and start doing stuff on v2...I'm willing to help Strut if need be, tbh his part should take the least amount of time with the large amount of research done by the os public in the threads on the roster page plus his research on previous knight full minors rosters...the most time consuming should be the pitch and stamina edits (I did this on the e.o.s. set and it was a bitch!!!! took effin forever)...

Ja I am running a test franchise/personal set in which I will be trying to replicate the '10 season (posted about it above..will upload it somewhere if not just for ja for others if they want)...I just finished all of the transactions to fix what the cpu did to the line-ups and rotations coming out of spring & have a little bit left of editing until I'm satisfied until the final release of the full minors comes out...would you want to get started and start testing out the attribute edits? possibly on the franchise I started? its a 30-team one, played one game nothing has been simmed or touched gamewise outside of the reds vs. cards opening day game and the brewers-rox opening game...figure I could enter those players that I made changes to from the '09 batter re-rates and then hand off the set to you (i'll of course tell you which players i changed so you know what's already done)...kinda want to get some testing in and sim some seasons after we enter the attributes so we are good to go when knight hands us the set...its if we get the time...pm me buddy

I don't think anyone expects him to be an ace. B potential sounds good to me

Okay do you guys want me to just go right after strut gets done with v1? Keep in mind if we do this your stuck with the pitch edits for v2. But this will probably speed up the timeline of things getting done.

Thanks dude.

What about a Kevin Millar, anyone find him? If not can anyone give me a good stance for not only Millar, but Lo Duca as well?

# 356 Mike3207 @ 04/08/10 11:52 AM
They did a pretty good job with the Reds with 2 possible exceptions; Yorman Rodriguez is a D potential, and Juan Duran a F? Is there any way those 2 players could both be edited to Cs or Bs on Version 2?

Thank you, I saw there will be other versions of this great roster coming up soon with these modifications.

Also, anyone see Noah Lowry anywhere? He's not in the FA pool like in the default rosters, and to my knowledge he hasn't signed anywhere yet.

Edit: Found him in the Giants minors. I don't recall him re-signing with the Giants though.

What about Eric Gagne? Anyone?

Just a quick question about the Jays, is it possible for you guys to add Adeiny Hechavarria? And also, Edwin Encarnacion is #12 and Alex Gonzalez is #11. Strut and or Razr, I can help you guys with whatever you may need. I just got laid off and have nothing but free time in my near future. Im not as skilled as you guys at what you do but if you want to just send me the info you want edited into the game id be able to move quickly through the teams. Just PM me and let me know if you fellas would like a hand. PSN ID: VirtualMike

Wanted to thanks you guys again for these rosters.

Orioles-wise, only a few edits from V1 I have:

Josh Bell should be the AAA 3B, and Brandon Snyder the AAA 1B. Michael Aubrey is on the bench.

Will Ohman's number should be 13. Julio Lugo is #2.

The O's also acquired C Steven Lerud from the Royals for a player to be named. They also got Joey Gathright on a minor league deal. (He was released by Toronto I believe.)

You can also get rid of G. Rodriguez (catcher). He is a free agent now.
