And where would that be? Just knock on my neighbors door and tell them to configure my PS3?

Well Roster Updates aren't going to magically appear on the game either, you need internet for it... Will people be mad cause the rosters are not updating with nothing extra to be done?

All you need to do is buy a cheap wireless router, and you will be all set. Or bring the PS3 over to where the modem is just to get the job done.

I pre-ordered. I am getting the voucher for the classic Stadiums. But, I totally agree with you. Being listed together with all the other features is misleading. I don't think they did it on purpose, though.

It is not misleading, because they are in game.

They just never said how to get access to them until recently.

Look wether it is right or not who cares. There was a thread a while back if we would pay extra for more "classic" stadiums and I did not see many "No" answers.

My question remains the same, will these stadiums be the only stadiums available for download this year for MLB The Show 10?

I was hoping that another pack of DLC Classic stadiums including Tiger Stadium, Comiskey Park, and Candlestick etc.. would be available.

Considering how long each stadium takes to create, probably not. Especially with licensing fees, etc. This pre-order thing is a way to gauge the interest in these stadiums and game, etc. To obviously see if it is profitable in the future to do more.

Just put 60$ down on it today! I'm excited as usual. I'm buying a ps3 for my girlfriend haha so she doesn't always have to play the show when I want too. haha

I would love to see Tiger Stadium in The Show. Take some BP with that short porch.

yikes- i dont understand the complaining. If you are planning on getting the game, pre-order it and you will get the stadiums. Yes, the advertising was misleading and casual fans might get screwed over by it, but if you are reading these forums, you can make things work out.

It's like this is a debate class and people are arguing just for the sake of arguing.

edit: now I understand the problem a little better. People without the internet really are getting the shaft. that said, it is 2010 and the internet is a pretty clutch thing to have.

Can someone tell me how they go about this codes?? Email? Handed to me with purchase of game?
When you get the game at the store, there will be a glossy type card that will have the code. It will probably be a picture of Mauer, some other logos and then the code. You then take it home and put your game in and they will either have a code section in the game or redeem the code in the online store.

This is how it was from Gamestop with the NHL 10 game when you got extra boost equipment. It was really simple. It had instructions on it. What I would suggest is, starting feb 1, call your GS, BB or wherever you are getting the game and ask them if they have the card in yet. Most places will have the card before the game comes out. For NHL 10, I was given the card by Gamestop about 2 weeks before the game came out.

Peace,
Boss

I just got my conformation in my email from ebgames and for some reason it says MLB 10 SD ps3 3/09/10

Does this mean there not getting it till the 9th? I asked him and he even said the second is when they are getting it.

I'm pretty sure that is just an 'estimated arrival date.' Which is almost always given a very conservative guess by online sites. Its likely to arrive well sooner than the 9th.
