While the tourney results seem better, it now seems too in favor of the higher seed team always winning. Did you see that in your sim by chance? Thanks.
Only 2 questionable teams made it in. One was Miami, I think they were 17-15 but had a very strong S.O.S. Forgot the other one. I think ODU missed the tourney after going 26-7 or something like that. I won't complain about 2 snubs, it's still way better than anything we've had before.

Not many upsets in the tourney, although a 1 seed lost in the second round to 8 seed WF. In the FF, 2 #1's, and 2 #2's.
#1 seed Kansas beat #2 seed UK in the final. Not too many upsets, but at we don't have a #16 seed vs a #13 seed in the final anymore

ND used all but one against me. I went on a big run and they called one or two, then they were coming back against me (cause I couldn't make a FT when they were intentionally fouling me) and they kept using them - though I think that's faulty logic carried over from Live, they'd call a TO after a defensive rebound off a missed FT and call a timeout like they were expecting to advance the ball over half court like in the NBA.

Thanks bro, that doesn't sound too bad. I like hearing the #8 beating the #1 seed, was worried if it would ever happen based on what I was reading. This is better then the alternative no doubt, just hope that sometime you will see a #3 or #4 seed maybe make the Final Four or at least the Elite Eight.

I'll post this here too...for all roster namers out there, NOTE:

I have found that on the last name database there are some straggler names at the bottom of the collection of names for each letter. Meaning they are not in alphabetical order like the majority. Sometimes up to 10 or more at the bottom (for each respective letter category) So, heads up. For example, UK - Bledsoe and Orton are both on there, however I would not have found them if I hadn't scrolled all the way down. Or, LOU - Siva and Goode are on there too, just at bottom.

I may change to varsity. I loved pro in live. Are you seeing off ball fouls? Most of the fouls called in my game are shooting fouls, I think my fouls sliders are wacked

Just played my 1st game on Varsity my Cincy Bearcats vs Louisville Cardinals. I won 46-30 10 min halves.

I will say right up front. IMO the game plays better than Live. The ball physics seems EXTREMELY ACCURATE when it hits the rim on a shot. It justs seems so fluid and believeable.

CB as you and others stated this game is fun. Fouls need to be adjusted up that's for sure. Really shocked at this game. Glad I picked it up. Gonna go play Duke and see what happens. Peace!!!!

I've seen one illegal screen in 80 minutes of action, that's it. Seeing a decent amount of other fouls but I need to up it some more.

I'm going to try and play a game on All-Conference now. I too loved Pro on Live, All-Star had too much dumb stuff going on by the CPU but I'm gonna try it out in NCAA for comparison's sake.

Really enjoying the game so far. I only played on game, KU (me) vs. Mizzou. It's a little ridiculous that Mizzou is an A- in the game. No way they should be that high. I glanced through the Big 12 and everyone is either a B or an A. What I find interesting however is Mizzou didn't necessarily play like a A- team. They shot very poorly in the first, as did I. So, I don't really know what to make of the ratings really.

Saw a few plays where either my teamate or the other team had a guy standing out of bounds when the ball was passed to him. Obviously, an automatic change of possession. That needs fixing.

I bumped up fatigue to 60 and still didn't see much effect. Will bump it up another 10 for my next game.

Like Ehh, I'm seeing the differences in terms of player skill. Aldrich is an absolute beast, while the Morris twins are decent, but nothing special. Collins is terrific of course driving and shooting, but Ty Reed is slower and doesn't have the ball handling skills to drive by someone. I think by turning the game speed down a couple notches, it makes for a slower game. However, the skill players seem to be a step quicker and better ball handlers.

Presentation is fabulous. I really wish EA would have had the names called out during play. Still, it's very immersive, and I love the replays as we go to time out.

Fouls are pretty much non existent so far. Gonna toy with them as I saw only one foul called on Mizzou before of course they started fouling me to send me to the free throw line.

Great gaming experience so far. Much more entertaining than Live imo, but then again I am a college basketball fanatic.

I might pick this game up in a month or two if I can find it cheap but otherwise I think I'll pass. Thanks to CB and everyone else who took the time to post impressions, really appreciate it.

To Co-sign bluengold & JSKYWALKER... Yeah, AA is the way to go, I love the challenge it gives you. Running with Cali right now and I got it handed to me in a bag by Louisville in their gym, which is one of the Toughest Places to Play in the game. But then I took them back to Haas Pavillion and raked them off the court by 18, Robertson and Christopher went off.

And yeah, this game feels a LOT like Live, but it's way more responsive and the control is even tighter, especially on the momentum shots and post game. I actually think the post game fits the NCAA way way better than Live. Even moving through the menu system just feels quicker. Contesting shots and zipping passes around is much more fluid.

Edited in the names for a few teams, and the crew does use most of the names if they're in the database. Nice seeing the names in the graphic overlays. Can't wait to get my hands on a roster file.

Back to the game. LOVE both crews, but nothing beats Raftery's "man-to-man!" lol

Oh yeah, sportsdan, it does seem like fatigue is pretty nonexistant. I bumped it to 65 after two games. Still not noticeable at all. I now have it at 75 and it still seems like fatigue isn't enough of a factor.

It's driving me nuts. I may max it and see what happens.

AA on 16 min halves seems to be the sweet spot for now.

Guys, bump fatigue up to 80. I've had it there for two games and witnessed some nice subbing on both my side and the CPU.

I'm still tinkering with the foul sliders though.

Oh, last game I had about 4 or 5 blocking fouls called. I really like the ref's animation when he gets all dramatic for the blocking foul call. Nice little touch.

I've only had 2 off the ball fouls called so far (illegal screens maybe?).

I have fatigue at 80 right now and I have no complaints with what I'm seeing.

As for level, I'm definitely staying with Varsity just like I stayed with Pro in Live. Unless someone comes up with a good enough slider set (which I don't think is possible for AC) then I'll be tweaking my own Pro set.

I played 10 minutes of All-Conference hated things I saw. First of all blocks had to be drastically lowered (not a big deal) after BC blocked 4 of my first 10 FGAs.

There's too much contact in the paint too, I hate that, if I want to deal with that again I'll re-purchase Live.

Most importantly, players stop playing true to their ratings. All of a sudden BC's center can easily stay in front of Kemba Walker. All of a sudden BCs front line consists of three Dikemebe Mutombo's. All of a sudden my guys can't make an open layup or an open jumpshot.

I like the CPU's offense A LOT on All-Conference but their defense and the user offense, ew.

A final setoff for CH2k8. or a solid compliment. after selling madden and live today for $85 bucks, i had more than enough for this game. also bought ch2k5 for a dollar.. couldnt resist. im entrenched in college hoops right now

Impressions coming soon. Let the games begin

Try 90 plus for fatigue. Works great and you will have ample subs

80 seems to really kick it in some. I'm getting it handed to me vs Duke on there floor.

I don't even think it is gonna take a lot of tweaking to get this puppy running to perfection. Out of the box is pretty darn good except for the fouls it seems.

I just called a TO due to me getting RAN by Duke and I thought I was watching a real game with the presentation. Gotta give EA credit on this aspect of the game. Well done!!!

I'm with you all conference tends to be a little arcade like. I am going to bump it to AA and check results. I know on EA's hockey superstar plays pretty well

So, in order to have realistic schedules in dynasty mode do you have to use dynamic updates for that or does the game already come with realistic shcedules? I don't know if the update mentioned by HustlinOwl was a final tweak put into the game before release or something achieved through the dynamic update feature. One thing that's always ticked me off as a Wolfpack fan is having unrealistic shedules and seeing one game against UNC rather than the two we get each year against them in real life. I really want that fixed
