EA has posted another NBA Live 10 blog. This one covers, shooting the rock. Screenshots and 10 minute gameplay video included.

Yeah, last year both games just didn't hold my attention for that long. Live 09 was okay but a bit bland. 2K9, I couldn't grasp the control system, never felt very in control.

This year just feels like the Live will be a very satisfying experience.

Gotcah man... I hardly play anything at all right now but my gaming will pick up when these basketball games come out....

I've done the combine recently but not many games are giving me that replacement for the NBA fix I need

I'd be surprised if we don't get it. We usually do. But hey, I was surprised when I couldn't d/l combine.

I'm from Australia too,just create a US account like 23 said,i got draft combine the same day as the states did

Ditto. The controls sound spot and then to see it all working together in the gameplay vid was icing on the cake.

Probably time to settle down and reign in the enthusiasm, but that's part of the fun...

Yea Wiff the fact that the controls actually seem to work in gameplay is great.

Not only that but its also good to see that having a good grasp on the controls will actually make you a better player too.

If the game controls as well as been said cheesers are going to be in a lot of trouble this year.

I normally don't play online but if this one pans out well I just might this year.

That is one of the most frustrating things about running a league online. When I was admin over 2k leagues, we had to make rules telling people "Don't score more than 50% of your points in the paint" or "Don't use the hop step spin move because it moves defenders out of the way." If a game is truly balanced, we wouldn't have to make these stoopid rules.

If I run an online league (still waiting to see if that's even possible for live), whichever game requires me to make the least rules for online leagues is probably going to be the one I roll with.

I still need to play the demo before I commit my $60 to this game. The videos just don't do it for me. I mean the game looks better and much improved over last years game, but I'm not sold on it yet.

I think you going to be amazed like others. Watch how quick the forums will be packed after the demo drops
