Madden NFL 10 GameStop Pre-Order Demo Codes Available July 15th (Destructoid)

	"GameStop has just announced that pre-ordering Madden NFL 10 for the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 will net its customers an exclusive demo of the title. The demo will features four five-minute quarters, with the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers as the playable teams. Codes for the pre-order demo will hit stores by July 15, and the demo is slated to go live by the end of July."

I just got my code and I was told that all the Gamestop stores in the Metro Detroit area have the codes in...take that for what it's worth...

Yea I just called and they said they have them for pick up but the dude said they wont go live till the 23.

man went to my GS and asked about the codes and he was like " I have no idea wat your talking about" I said I came here yesterday and some guy said they will be here today. He goes let me check my computer O we will have them monday so I was like damn this is getting really stupid might as well look for a game that'll interest me. 5 mins later here comes UPS we a shipment. He goes wat system you pre-ordered it on? The 360. here you go have a nice day. lol

they better not shut me out. i pre-ordered mine in the store and i have my receipt so if they don't hold codes for those who did the same, that would be complete BS. i probably can't make it over there today either.

They didn't even ask for a receipt or anything at my GS lol I think I could have gotten two codes for both system if I was greedy lol

well hopefully the "limited number" is just a bs marketing and Pr stunt to get more people to pre-order.

FYI, I walked into a gamestop in Worcester, MA at about 12:00 noon, and asked if they had the codes. He said he'd check the back store room, came back with about ~50 for 360 and ~50 for PS3. He said they'd have them till they run out, didn't mention anything about emailing them

Just picked mine up in the store as well. If I (we) are to believe what the associate told me, they're not emailing any codes at all. GS employees aren't the most reliable people obviously (she told the guy ahead of me the demo went live today

), but take it for what it's worth. I'm glad I didn't sit back, waiting for an email.

I agree...they are loose as far as checking to see if you pre-ordered. I volunteered to show my ID as verfication, but it doesn't appear she would've asked had I not pulled it out.

Just got mine, in Connecticut. I pre-ordered it but they didn't ask for any proof. I just asked if they were in and they handed it over. Makes me think I could have still ordered it off of Amazon and got the code from those GS employees. Oh well, time to wait for the demo to fall
