Does this mean they're going the route of Fight Night Round 4 and giving the demo out earlier to those who preorder and then release it to the general public a week or two later?

What do you mean not worth it? I am sure if you pre-ordered a while back you can get the code.

It's worth it to me. What's wrong with getting a demo before the game? Most demo's come out a few weeks before the release.

I hate it when you have to get one of a limited amount of codes.

I hope there will still be an XBL/PSN downloadable demo, even if it's not 4 quarters of play.

Why not? Even if you don't want to buy the game there or find it early, you can switch your pre-order to another game.
