For example, he doesn't switch defenders on defense and roams with one defender.
This was evident when Chris Bosh blocked Jamison and the user ran over with Jermaine to recover the ball instead of switching to CB4. Once he ran over, Jamison recovered the ball and passed it back to wide open Haywood for the made jumper.
Also, when he would set up a nice cross with Calderon, he didn't go into a series of moves or use it to attack inside and instead stopped his momentum and passed it back out.
The user runs his offense through the post but doesn't use wing players or guard players at all in any of the videos he's posted which shows me he might not understand the isomotion system perfectly. Although he is attempting to show us sim ball, I would love to see some more full out driving layup animations and a series of crossover ankle breaking moves.
I was going to lock it tmagic but I think its better to let them get it all out now.

I'd love to see some more pick and rolls to see how both O and D react
I love how right when Bosh got the ball in the post the other 4 players automatically spaced out behind the 3 point line. I don't think he called for a post play either.
This wasn't in 2k8 at all.

Wait so we still cant do that this year?
But we complained..

Im sorry man, but that court looks too small vs size of the players. I can't honestly sit here and say it doesn't.
I use to have problems with the isomotion, because the game gives you no clue on what you are supposed to do, but after i mapped the Isomotion moves to the circle button, it all works fine.
It's also contex based, so you don't miss anything. You have the shot stick for variety, and can still use the Isomotion effectively. Maybe people are confusing this with the fact that it was so hard to explode out of the dribble on 2K8.
My gripe number one is this, having no clue whatsoever on what to do with the controls. I loved 2K6 videos showing you what to do on every situation. They need this on every game. Right now the game comes out and you have to wait for a bit until everybody finds out every move avaliable. Why not put a move list on the game, so you will now how to shoot a hook in the post instead of making a fadeway?
Second thing is, sliders. I really love to have customization, i really do, but those sliders always annoy me. Every year is the same stuff, the game plays like **** right out of the box and you have to adjust everything.
Is it so hard to include pre-sets?
No, we have to wait a few weeks until proper sliders have been found, and on top of that, online turns into a disappointment because of the "default".
All i wanted is a mode like GT5 Prologue: there's normal mode and professional mode. Normal is default and you could have all your crazy sliders, dunks and 3pts. Professional, is simulation. Don't go there if you don't know what you're doing.
Actually, that's something they can always patch into the game, so there's still hope.
---------------------------
But that's just 2 complains. After seeing the videos the game looks so much better. Refinement is what would make the game look less sterile, and that appears to be the case. I already saw a lot of stuff that i've never seen on 2K8.
Things are looking great, can't wait for the demo.

From this video it would be in the best interest for 2k to improve the engine, increase the size ratio of court and players, and get a new commentary plan going into future games.

I also like @ 2:39 where the player tried to pump fake Bosh into the air and all he did was put his hands up

I love seeing Steve get called out for not usering on defense. Guard the ball handler Steve! Punk....

Make it available to have "normal" and "Sim" as options at the onset of play. This satisfies more people.
Maybe even include the two styles as lobbies for their respective user types.
I don't know if it's a difficult thing to do or not. But it certainly seems feasible.

This has nothing to do with NBA Live.
I've played so much 2k its not hard to notice. Even 2k tried to change the players models because they knew that it was a problem. As I stated before its better than previously, but they still look a bit too big, or the court looks too small.
