Yea...The Phillies have problems w/ the Dodgers so I welcome the cubbies...Plus the Phils won the season series 4 gms to 3. Beating Zambrano twice.

Kinda like how all those other reg. season games where CC pitched on 3 days rest...but couldn't produce the same results tonight...Is that the kind of difference you speak of...oh ok.

Its ironic that the Phillies swept the Brewers in 4 games at home in the reg season, and just won two in a row in the postseason...But you're right...yea...the reg. season means squat.

What I mean is the pressure is different. I know you know that, but the truth is you have to raise your game up and who ever takes it to the next level will usually be the domintator. I look at it like this. C.C. was dominating when the pressure wasn't this high, now that it is high and players have turn it up a notch they are now on his level. He needs to turn it up too, to get back up top. It was the same with A Rod. The problem is some players can't do it for what ever reason I don't know. It is what it is. Some players excel in the playoffs and some don't do **** in the regular season.

Agreed, It's funny how we get ridiculed for our opinion on CC and he proves us right again. He's a very good regular season pitcher but whether it be his maturity or age he just can't translate it to the playoffs for some reason.

His problem, as it always has been, was that he get too amped up for those games. He is an emotional pitcher, and with CC, when he let's his emotions get to him, he folds.
