Also, in coach mode I should keep sliders the same for coach user and cpu??

Do you also concur that AA should be the level I play at in coach mode as pure ratings matter the most and there's no boost/ penalty in AA mode?

Thanks!
Jack
Yeah... I do agree. I definitely believe you shouldn't be playing on freshman or heisman. If you're going to tinker with sliders, personally I'd try All-American or Varsity. I'm making a set right now on varsity just because thats what Fist decided on and he's the god of sliders this year

after doing some testing, i have come to the conclusion that the threshold is a big reason why big plays occur, therefore since many people insist on playing on such a low threshold, you are going to see alot of deep passes work. i am now playing on a threshold of 60, and will be testing the game with it at this level.

Will report back w/ Texas- Oklahoma stats later on tonight. Will play only in coach mode this time around.

yea these sliders are intended for coach mode only, i can not vouch for any other mode.

i know for certain that you will not be able to make it difficult enough for the user in coach mode on varsity. i started testing these out in varsity but could not make it difficult enough for the user so i went up to heisman. considering how i already have user qb accuracy to 0, and cpu pass coverage to 100 on heisman, i dont think that all american would be able to be difficult enough either. also i have put so much testing into heisman that i just dont think i want to try another level now. however in other modes aa difficulty might work.

Try CPU Pass Coverage at 0. The slider is inverted for the CPU. So, yes it is possible. 1 game switch it. Leave all the rest the same and watch the CPU shutdown your pass game. I just found this out or I would have told you sooner.

i tested this out and at first i thought u were right since it was really hard to pass. but after i strung together some good passes, the cpu could not stop me and i was just having my way with them in the pass game. also the deep ball was even easier to hit. i was not convinced that 0 cpu pass coverage is harder then 100. i am sticking with 100 pass coverage until otherwise convinced.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Coach Mode Sliders

i am currently testing this using 0 cpu pass coverage under the assumption that the slider is inverted meaning 0 would be the highest and 100 the lowest. i havent completely come to a decision if the slider is in fact inverted. i will need more games before coming to a definitive decision on this.
