There are no Regionlocked NBA2K16 Keys, only if you buy a Locked Steam-Gift. GMG, CDKeys and Funstock are all legit.

No. GMG said they will send them out tomorrow morning (in ~16hrs), maybe earlier. Keyshops have no idea and only answer with the official release-dates 25th or 29th.
