Date goes on sale for digital download?

I have looked high and low for the digital version of 2k12 but I'ts nowhere to be found, neither Steam, Direct 2 Drive, Green man gaming or Good old games have it available for pre order.

Whats the deal? Was this the same with 2k11?

I remember 2K11 not showing up on Steam on time. I went to Gamestop for a midnight release. Yeah, for 2K11, actually there was another big game that came out about the same time too if I remember correctly.

I'd guess you'll see the same thing happen this year, you won't find it digitally on time. That's just 2K not caring about PC gamers again.

Yeah samething last year they released the preorder on digital download really close to the game release, so i expect we just have to wait a few weeks

I'm waiting for the digital download version from Direct to drive or Steam but from what I've read they won't be available for preorder until next week at the earliest .

I expect the game to pop-up on steam/D2D tomorrow or Mon so keep an eye out gents.

If it does I'm cancelling my pre-order from the egg.
