It was on newegg for $19.99, but changed to $29.99 before I could order it, so I ordered it off of amazon, and it changed back to $19.99.

It's $19.99 on newegg, but it switched back to $29.99 for a few days, during which I ordered it on amazon (which is also $29.99)

FWIW, Mike Wang let me know that it will be available on Steam, Direct2Drive, Amazon's digital download service and several others on release date or shortly thereafter. So it's definitely coming, may just have to wait it out.

Ronnie2K confirmed on his Twitter that the game will be on Steam (I guess Mike Wang's confirmation should be enough though), but they don't seem to be in a hurry to get it there. No pre-order/pre-load, and they say it should be on Steam "this week", not even on release.
