I'm glad to see others continuing to message the files. I used to solely use Finns 2k5editor and make edits like you did to the PS2 saves that I could get my hands on from this community. Unfortunately there is no way to extract the *.max/*.psu edits in bulk unless the file is *.dat "xbox" format. I do not believe there is a way to extract the data from Finns editor to bring it into the 2k5tool. Today, I only use BAD_AL's 2K5Tool for creating/editing the roster, then I convert the file to PS format.

The work you did is great, but without a way to extract it, it will stay great in the modified save file you created and shared. Again, not a bad thing for PS or PCSX2 players who use the *.max/*.psu format.

The last player move I updated in v4.2 was the Le'Veon Bell announcement for the Chiefs. Moves like Dez Bryant going to the Ravens practice squad, I did not update as the announcement was after already updating the dataset. I am planning to re-run the data for a v4.3 when I have enough edits to justify the time needed to do it.

I don't know if anyone would convert it but I'd hold off anyways. It's missing some people and not very up to date. I have an update I will be posting tonight that has all players on correct teams, all equipment done, all current transactions, added Dez and Antonio. I'm just finishing up the Top 50 free agents and will post tonight. But it will be for playstation as well. maybe it can get converted though.

These player rating seem unusually high across the board.

The Lions have 3 RBs who are rated 100? Adrian Peterson is 100?

it's just the way the madden ratings convert. the way the game calculates overall is whacky to say the least.

When using packers roster just get the overall out of your head. I love how the game plays with his edits.

There was some helpful feedback offered in discord with regards to some Cowboys players not being in this roster. After looking through the Madden ratings I noticed some of those players where available. However, their overall rating was trash.

When we run the dataset, we have to reduce each team down to 53 players and without going through each teams NFL.com depth chart. I simply drop the lowest Ovr rated players across positions to meet the 53 player limit needed for 2K5 format.

I wanted to share some insight into why some players may be missing.

Examples:

• Cowboys - DT, N. Gallimore Ovr 70
  The Madden ratings has 5 DT's and when I was reducing teams, I kept the highest Ovr rated. (See Attached)
  
• Cowboys - CB, T. Diggs Ovr 69
  The Madden ratings has 10 CB's and when I was reducing teams, I kept the highest Ovr rated. (See Attached)
