Can the HDD cable be used for the regular 360 20 gb too??

Yes. Its purpose (according to M$) is to transfer files from your 20gb hd to your pc so you can transfer them to the new 120gb hd.

Just called M$ support, and the guy wouldn't send me one...

I guess I'll call back tomorrow and hope for a different guy.

I just did this. I got hung up on the first time. The second time she said she was sending me one. They both had Indian accents. It was kind of hard to understand them.

mine just came after calling and saying I had a 120gb hdd on the way (no elite console) however my laptop is not installing a driver for the hdd - any info on this?

Well, I've gotten two different people and they've both directed me to that stupid PDF, mail in form

I might just end up buying a cheap one on Ebay with my friends account.....Im not much of liar anyway
