Free way to get updated rosters to XBOX 360

Ok. This is getting funny. I gave them a serial # for an elite.

Found it here. They put me on hold. Then came back and said the only way I can get a cable is to fill out this form http://assets.xbox.com/en-us/support...-OrderForm.pdf and fax it to them. The reason being that the elite serial number I found is registered to someone else. Oh well. I guess it is going to take a while before I get my cable.

I got it to work once with my 20GB but have had trouble since, so it does, but until someone works out exactly what the trick to do so is we're kinda stuffed atm

I got lucky. My first call through and I got them to send me the Transfer Cable. I've downloaded Xplorer360 and rosters, so I'll let you all know how it goes once I get the cable.

I do - and most computers nowadays have usb 2.0
