We have just posted our review of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.

Quote:
"Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is a game that many have expressed concern about. Over the past several weeks many Operation Sports users have complained the game is nothing more than an overpriced demo.

For the most part, they were right."

We have just posted our final preview for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. Be on the lookout for the review, as it is set to go up later this week!

Quote:
"Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is now within a few days of release here in the US, which is excellent news for those waiting anxiously for a PS3 edition of their favorite racer.

I briefly looked at the gameplay a couple of weeks ago in my hands-on preview. After spending a couple more weeks with the game, I can honestly say that the graphics engine is amazingly well done."

"The Playstation 2 is beginning to show it's age these days but yet it still is competitive with its big brother and the 360 in terms of sales numbers. With the console selling quite well, some publishers are still taking advantage of the consoles still huge user-base."

Operation Sports has posted an article written by Chris Sanner discussing how Madden can regain some momentum in lieu of last years very unsuccessful campaign by EA Sports. To read more click here.

Quote:
"Madden NFL 08 was a disaster of sorts for EA Sports. The game was shipped with bugs that rendered major portions of the game unplayable and as a result, the game sold less than the previous year's version. Metacritic average be damned, Madden 08 didn't have the fairy tale year some would have you believe."

Chris Sanner checks in with this article he has titled, NCAA Football 09: More of the Same?

Quote:
"Did anyone catch that smell coming out of Orlando?

That smell is the smell of the "EA Hype Machine" getting its gears in motion for NCAA Football 09, which is still presumably 3-4 months away from hitting store shelves. In fact, last week during an interview with GameTap, Kendall Boyd, NCAA Football's product manager, revealed some information about the '09 version of NCAA Football."

Text-Sims are Un-American, didn't you hear? Despite the overwhelming success Football Manager has had overseas, these games don't get the same mainstream attention here in America. Check out Operation Sports' latest feature article by Chris Sanner:
"Should I move Kevin Millwood to the fifth spot in favor of that Eric Hurley guy that's now a budding superstar? What about trading Vicente Padilla for a few minor leaguers because he is eating at my profit margin? Such is the life of an addicted Out of the Park Baseball 8 fanatic I suppose. But then why does it feel so lonely sometimes?"
