MLB The Show 17 Adds MLB Network with Harold Reynolds, Dan Plesac & Matt Vasgersian

GameStop has just posted another MLB The Show 17 video, this one features the new MLB Network presetation and reveals the new commentary team of Harold Reynolds and Dan Plesac, joining the long time vet of the series, Matt Vasgersian.

It depends on how the game is compressed and such, but The Show was already nearly capping out its Blu-Ray disc in '16 (I think they still use 50 GB discs). Given that massive stack of new commentary Ramone showed us, I don't think they would have just been able to add that into the disc without taking out the other two. And yes, I know NBA has different broadcast teams despite this.

I think if Steve and Eric were still in the game they would have promoted that fact, being able to choose your color commentators would have been to huge not to brag about it.

I enjoy Plesac but does he ever actually call games? I've only heard him as the in studio analyst that he currently is. He's an odd, or better said "outside of the box" choice for commentary to me.

Not a big Harold Reynolds guy, but Dan Plesac is great. Looking forward to new commentary, which hopefully means new lines for Matty V as well.
