Definitely going to delete my profile tonight and reload. I scored 42 first half points against the Patriots with the Steelers. Everything seemed wide open and no one could tackle from behind. It looked like they were letting me score once I got past them they would dive and miss. Default All-Madden.

How do you delete your profile? From the xmb or in game?

If you delete your profile, does it save all your main menu game settings or reset everything back to default?

Everything back to default. You have to play that Rams TD moment all over again, pick your favorite team and skill level you want to play on.

I may be misinterpreting what Charter said, but I read the comments in his slider thread and I don't see a suggestion to completely delete a profile. What I read was that Charter was suggesting that since the patch, the sliders need to be re-evaluated from default. That wouldn't require anyone to delete their profile, just restore all sliders to default and then test sliders from scratch.

I just reread it. Yes it's on post #1058. Like a reset. I think it works

So it was like the game this past weekend.

If you delete it this way, in the quote by JoshC. It will not go back to default. Your settings will save.

Once the patch is installed, go to the main menu and to the Share and Manage Files menu. Go to the Load and Delete files menu. From there, delete your profile and the old tuner. Then, simply back out. This will automatically save a new version of your user profile, but with everything saved (then just verify the main menu settings are correct).

Thanks for the continued support and making Madden better than ever.
Interesting. I only played two games last night (vs OAK and MIA) and both teams pounded the rock to an extreme. It was a little frustrating in the OAK game since Revis and Calvin Pryor were both out with injuries. MIA's starter was Benny Cunningham (I'm in Year 2 and Ajayi is the starter but he was hurt), seemed a little odd to ground and pound so much.

Maybe it was sliders. Are you testing on default right now?

So I can just do it in Madden, files section, instead of doing it thru the ps4 files? Because I've done it that way before and had to play the Redskins. Also I should delete the tuner from a couple weeks ago?

Just played my fourth game post-patch and it was another fun game. Beat the Raiders 17-13. A lot more defensive than my first three games which was nice.

I'm going to have to turn my fumble slider up because it's getting ridiculous. Fumbled four more times in this game and three times with my QB which makes ten fumbles in four games for me. I wasn't having this issue at all really pre-patch so I don't know why it's popping up now so much.

The CPU AI absolutely HAS to get situationally smarter. I don't know what it is but they seem to have a fixation on making dumb FG decisions. I don't know if it's an issue with how they kick them or what but again in this game the Raiders tried a 54-yard FG which came up short and then with :51 seconds left in the first half tried a 61-yard FG which came up even more short. These type of completely boneheaded decisions are gamechangers and can really ruin tight, hard fought games like the one I played. Also had a couple of the low line drive punts by the CPU so I guess I was just lucky in my first few games.

QB's do move more from my experience but are still dumb as rocks when it comes to knowing what to do. In my earlier post I had a play with Russell Wilson where he could have moonwalked into the endzone but decided to throw a pass across the LOS instead. In this game I had David Carr rollout and have at least 10 yards in front of him but he got a yard or two from the LOS and then just ran parallel too it straight out of bounds for a loss. Also had a play which I think was a designed rollout where he went to the right and then turned around and ran directly into the chasing rushers for a sack.

Couple more things:
  • Would still like to see an option to have the accel clock run under the 2-minute warning. Allowing the CPU (or the user) to run plays every ten seconds while making personnel changes and not having to hurry at all really is annoying. Also causes issues with end of half/game FG's.
  • Still too many throwaways for my taste. Would much rather see inaccuracies than throwaways. Carr had 9 in this game and the CPU is especially bad with this the closer to the goalline they get. I said it before but it's almost like throwaways are backwards. They won't do it at all when you'd think they should and they do it too much in situations where they shouldn't.
  • AI punting could use a buff as well. Too many times still where they just blast the ball through the endzone and they're very inconsistent with their success.

I agree it doesn't work very well.

I think this was the last post on the fumble slider.

This is why I said one needs to increase the fumble slider to obtain more fumbles.

http://www.operationsports.com/forum...t-grrrrrr.html

There are people in that thread stating that the fumble slider is reversed in the game???

You can do it through madden. When you back out to the main menu, in the bottom right of the screen you'll see saving profile. That's saving the new profile. I've seen multiple times on OS saying that previous tuner updates are put into the new updates, so there's no reason to keep it. Deleting it just eliminates any possible interference with the new patch.

Thanks. I have also heard that several times about the tuner. It's in the new patch. The only thing, there was a new tuner after the patch.

Both. Cpu is playing smarter and calling plays better after this patch. It is really obvious. I charted every play in two test games and it was night and day.

Stuck with my settings which are very close to default except a few key spots (Tackling, QB Accuracy, CPU Run Blocking, interceptions and pass catching).

Game is playing fantastic.

Was the Dolphins stadium renamed to Hard Rock Stadium?
