But after playing months upon months of 2K16, I know that Kemba shot isn't an outlier... the crowd is consistently on their asses giving polite claps. Korver's shot was also pretty similar to what we saw in 16 also. Then there's that DeMar dunk. Compare it to this

And you should be able to see the difference. There's just no "explosion" or "eruption" from the crowd. Thing is these eruptive animations/sounds are already in the game.. just that it's only reserved for game winning shots.

I do and I appreciate it. And this thread is about sound not about Court colours or anything else. This forum is unbearable sometimes.

These are the type of small details that add so much to the experience. I love it.

So many things wrong with the Bucks. Hell it took them more then half the year to realize moose was our center. I couldn't play mycareer with the Bucks because they would have the wrong starting lineup. Let's not even get into the abomination that is Khash Money's shooting form. I don't think they've ever got it close in the last two years. It just seems like 2k doesn't care about the Bucks.

Yeah, but you have to do that EVERY TIME when you start up a new MyLeague. If they let us do that on the front end, save it, and then load it up, it'd be straight.

Man you must be very exhausted from doing that so much focus and hard work and time invested in it because we all know 2k is

Maybe i just have low expectations and more lenient. ..but the very fact that they flew 8000 miles total sround the country and recorded arena ball, net, crowd and announcer sounds to put in this VIDEO GAME????

Its enough for me to overlook a whole lot in this department lol!

I hear WISports on this one.

Czar actually came here and requested a shot of the Bucks court to get it to the art team...it really doesnt get more direct than that....so for it to remain unchanged another year is understandably dissapointing....I mean, we KNOW it got there.

Otherwise, there are a bunch of assumptions about something we simply dont know about yet....I swear some go into these trailers with the sole intention of being dissappointed about something...lol

Lets wait and see what he have first.

It's about arena authenticity - court and court colours are pretty vital if you ask me

All they had in the trailer for Sac-town is a shot clock...

I believe they'll have the Golden 1 Center but I doubt they'll have the right/authentic sounds to it...

I see what you are saying but I dont necessarily want that every or even most of the time.

The Powell dunk is a) during the playoffs b) during I believe a run where Toronto was coming back from a deficit and c) during the 4th quarter where the crowd is on their feet chanting already.

Would I love to see that reaction in that or similar situations? Hell yeah. But every or even most of the time no.

I've seen that play happen live tons of times and the reaction all depends on the situation. In the first quarter of a December game in Washington, the crowd is cheering but not standing or exploding. The Demar sound is what I want to hear nine times out of ten. The problem last year was that the Demar sound wouldnt even happen at times.

Thats my issue with Live. The sound is great but the crowd is at 9 or 10 during most of the game. I've been to and watched thousands of NBA games and the crowd really doesnt explode unless a big play happens in the fourth or a hyped up game (Cavs-GSW for example). They dont chant defense that loudly in the first half.

There has to be a balance and more of a focus on when the exciting play happened.

I agree and unaccurate courts do bother me. And I feel the frustration of bucks fans.

It's just the way some dudes complain and act like nothing is good enough, that's annoying. Improving rim/net sounds and crowd is huge and very welcomed.

Gotta keep at it. If it means that much to you, you have to keep on the Czar and keep tweeting the other devs.

I know thats what I would do if I had a feature that was important to me missing. ****, thats what Ive done with games like Madden before.

I would say the same for us small teams Bucks and Kings, but they also messed up the Lakers court being too bright overall...

It's more frustrated because, it's like, if they really don't care much about the small details and never bring it up, I'd be like, okay the game of basketball is so amazing that, I can care less that the courts look/sound the same. But they now brought it up themselves and proclaimed the amount of work they put in, of course we are all gonna be looking at it with a microscope.

I tweeted Ronnie and LD but I know they don't work on that part of the game. Idk the twitters of Czar and other devs. Just hopefully they can talk to a dev about the courts and other things. They almost got things where they need to be. Besides the courts I liked the trailer

This is where I'm at. An NBA atmosphere just really isn't that great during the majority of the regular season.

Just tweet them and ask them to fix it. That's it. Saying how horrible the trailer is and bashing 2k cause they overlooked the Bucks court again is ridiculous. They put out a TON of content across the board for just one year.

Come on now...

****, even playoff games. Most playoff games (except for game 1s and elimination games) are loud during the first quarter and the 4th. The second and the third are typically your standard NBA atmosphere.
