I can understand your concern but its a highlight trailer so you cant expect to many good defensive plays in a trailer casuals aren't trying to see that, and most of the dunks in the game looked overpowered but at least it was by players that can posterize guys in real life.

We've seen these before fellas. These trailers are made to get folks pumped for the game....your not going to see a lot of on ball defense, offensive sets etc....(though it would've been nice or see more blocks from the cover boy AD)

Just like you wouldn't watch a movie trailer and expect get a lot of detail on how great the writing/ acting is...

The meat and potatoes are for the blogs

i think they're looking for one of those better basketball trailers.
if 2k made an all defense trailer y'all would be like, WOW! they improved defense, but what happened to the offense.
just enjoy the trailer for what it is and get ready for Sept.

Pfft. Not buying this nonsense. They've got Harden stirring the pot with the wrong hand!

Damn, 2K. I mean, look at KG. Photorealism is just around the corner. http://www.operationsports.com/media/1293/nba-2k16/screenshot-35057

lol... you guys kill me.... I have watched what both games have submitted thus far and we can spot issues with both. Stop being a fanboy and open your eyes to see what both game have to bring to table. I been playing 2k ever since EA fail off. This yr, i decided to purchase both game, even despite to devastating and almost deal-breaker of no player editing being in the other game. But i still-may give it a shot.... Some of you guys just need to grow up

It's funny though because people make the same comments every year when these sizzle reels come out and I never get why.

Well the reason for that is they'd have to custom build headbands and googles for EVERY PLAYER in the game. That's a huge undertaking that, if they haven't already started on it, will take a cycle or two to accomplish.

Thing is though, your MyPlayer could equip & unequip headbands but regular CAPs couldn't. Also, headband changes were made for roster updates. That's what makes it look like an oversight more than anything.

Well look at patch 4.... That's why. Usually I'm the guy saying it's just a trailer. But some of it did look overpowering which remind me of why I stopped playing 15. That's a fair observation , again great trailer though that is all.

It is very good trailer, however I think it's bound to disappoint again with the gameplay issues. They have not been addressed and they always come to fix them in patches causing more issues. I didn't buy 2K15 but seeing the uproar from consumers definitely sealed my decision of why I didn't get it. It's like they show the flashiest car, but under the hood it is bound to break down.

I'll be getting the game and Live because why not. It's a great year to a video game consumer especially if you love basketball.

Yup lol. It looks pretty solid to me. I'm just excited to see some gameplay, and to really what Da_Czar was able to do in his second year.

I didn't mind not being able to use it on current players, but not allowing to use it on CAP's is absolutely stupid, it's a small feature but I really liked having that on Last-Gen, 2K should at least let us be able to do that in NBA 2K16 considering we can do it for my player!

But wait... We see crappy Sacramento Kings and Wolves like 10 times in this short video.

Strange to me.
No Dirk, No Wade, No Gobert/Hayward but we see players like Rondo, Faried, McLemore more than 1 time.

It does not matter, only first trailer.

Patch 4: I think after the last patch, at least for xbox users, 2k15 became more responsive in terms of latency and lag issues. So that was awesome for us. I remember in ps4 before i traded mine in, 2k15 wasn't as responsive online. It's a fair assertion if you stopped playing it, that your prerogative but after that patch, 2k let me know that they do listen to their fans.

Winning Trailer: I really hope Pick & Roll stays as is. As a Spurs fan, watching Anthony Davis alley oop after setting the screen was really a joy to watch

PS - If anyone knows connects to get a US copy of 2k with Tony Parker on the cover, let me know. He's my favorite player.

Overall pretty decent trailer. I think Lebron looks great. Only thing I really wasn't feeling is the song choice. Can't wait to play this game.

Honestly the trailer was cool but there wasn't anything we've never seen besides mouthguards. Pretty much saw the same dunk on stuff (Blake Griffin). Same sucked into an animation stuff (John wall dunk). Sound was a little different but even still I heard that awful hoop needs oil dunk crank type noise.

It was a good hype trailer for casuals but I don't think any of us guys are really casual players. We come to the forums weekly. Like ppl don't go to Barnes & Noble if they casually read books lol. So for most of us it was nice to see the game in motion finally. It looks really smooth in 1080 @ 60fps but other than that it looks like it's the same animation heavy stuff. By that I mean if I cross over the defender the animation will make them move regardless of if they press any buttons. Just being honest.

Not taking away from the trailer because like I said it was nice for a 1st sizzle.

I don't know if it was mentioned but Doris Burke is using a 2K Sports microphone as always. No TNT or NBA presentation this year either. The writing has been all over the wall. That's a shame but overall everything looked incredible.
