OSFM 2015 V.2 rosters are available now for MLB 15 The Show.

To download the roster, follow these simple directions:
  • Tab over to the Community tab
  • Go to Vaults
  • Roster Vault
  • Browse Rosters
  • Find the #OSFM2015 V2 roster, created by RIDINDWNKINGSL dated 05/24/15 Download it, save it, enjoy it.
First off I wanna thank everyone who contributed to this set. This version is a completely new base roster than V1. What that means is its based off one of the newest SCEA updates with all ht, wt and body type fixes. So this was another massive project requiring hundreds of hours and I think you will agree it shows. The updates, fixes, corrections and cosmetic changes from V1 to V2 are too massive to list. I hope you enjoy it.

It is another 25 man roster because I wanted to get it out tonight instead of delaying it a day.

Here are some highlights:
  • International Free Agents-FA1
  • 2015 Top 20 MLB draft Prospects in FA1

  • hundreds of new players, equip edits and position changes
  • up to the minute transaction updates
  • features all SCEA created players from updates
  • SCEA ratings adjustments are in as well as OSFM formulas used in past rosters
This is not another opening day set rather based on current season or within last few days.

Ridin - sorry if already posted I didn't see it.. the user name was different for OSFM v2.1 (corrections) - these are yours correct? Username was just short by one letter want to make sure theirs no other guy trying to post rosters

Phenomenal set!!

Curious, as you are the creator of this roster. Will you be using this set with the pitch edits that 55 is adding?

I dont play with pitch edits , just personal preference im a stock SCEA guy

The only reason I am interested in the pitch edits this year is to reduce the disparity in changeup/fastball speeds.

very good upgrade but because some alignments are not the same as real as the Yankees Ellsbury's third batter when he's leadoff.

Love the set!! I'm going to take the next 15 highest rated players, on the 2.1 set, and put them on the 40 man. It doesn't matter to me who is where when I start. It won't be like that by the time I'm done anyway. Haha. PLAY BALL EVERYONE!!

Could you possibly upload that roster when finished? Like you, I don't care who starts where.

I know in the first batch the legends were in the first batch, where can we find them now in this new update.

Damn this is with real life contracts, wont this screw us over eventually? I mean right now players like Hamels could never be dealt cos he is making over 20 mio and team budget room in year one is only 10 mio. And I also read that it'll mess up free agency cos team will run out of money?

As far as balancing out, I don't know. The system seems to want to keep budgets rather proportional and strategies are tied to the budgets. If you raise everyones budgets through salary edits, most won't hit the goals and budgets will be cut and tighten. On top of that all the youg players that are arbitration and renewable in the game will be getting raises and driving the budget.

Also let's say for instance you make a scale. Real Players making $5 million will make $1.5 in game. Well that is the amount that arbitration players make, so it would mess the scale up.

I really think it would be more work than it is worth for what you will gain. After the first season the contracts would no longer be proportional and even the ones's that have "team friendly deals" may not be considered as team friendly by the engine.

The good thing about it being editable though is everyone can do what they want and edit it to their wants and/or needs.

I'm just going to edit a few players with bad contracts and even at that keep it around $15 million.

I dont have syndergaard anywhere on the download.

edit: I tried making some caps and it went back to the regular rosters. Hmm.
