Ian Bell posted "Be very worried" on the PCars forum in response to someone posting about being worried about Indycar DLC after Gran Turismo 5 never released the Indycar DLC they were hoping to.
Hopefully he's just messing around as having a game with fully licensed Indycars and drivers was the main selling point of this game for me.
Bought this game over the weekend on PS4 and absolutely love it!
I don't get why all the bad reviews - the game looks beautiful and I have had no issues with controls. Using default control settings.
Mind you I am a casual racing gamer, not hardcore. So I dumbed the CPU AI and I am still getting competitive races.
I bought it on PS4 because of all the complaints about the XBO version. I would like to eventually purchase it for XBO down the road, but is the XBO version THAT BAD that it makes the game unplayable?
What control settings are you guys using? After the latest update it erased my last controller settings and the stock ones feel a bit too sensitive and twitchy for me. I have it on the ps4
Edit: never mind. I just noticed that I haven't played this game in months and had my old settings in place and the latest update fixed the controller settings. Once I did a reset on the controller settings it was working fine again.

I use a controller and have zero issues with the latest controller settings.
Bought it about a week ago and I've really enjoyed it. The only problem I've encountered is some sound lag every now and again. Otherwise really fun game.
All the time I have had this game I have never used the go karts. Played for the first time today and those things feel like giant magnets with horrific handling. I recall one time I was turning left and my car turned at a 90 degree angle to the right and just magnetized into the metal fence. It's almost like the game signifies hugging the white line as being in the dirt when in karts..
I have left this one on my ps4 hard drive for about two months.... Loaded it up yesterday and played with some controller settings and car setups and it's a new game... Bloody loving it!

You have to really tune the kart settings or you'll be all over the place lol. This game is straight up sim and I didn't realize it at first. I had to go on YouTube and watched some of the tuning tutorials and it makes a huge difference. Tire pressure, brake balance, weight differential... all that **** matters in this game epecially when you get to the higher end cars. I might have to get another controller soon, my triggers are starting get squeaky from the constant braking/accellerating.
