2K Sports has released the first next-gen gameplay trailer of NBA 2K14, weighing in at 1:33 of goodness -- set to "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins.

For those worried about role players not getting same graphical treatment as the star players, Houston's Beverly and Asik look spot on judging from the short glimpse.

Rox finally have RED and not pink. Amazing trailer

Only minor complaint: rockets still don't have their actual jersey template, the collar and shoulder area should be much wider. But that coming from a die hard hou fan.

Little fun fact about that trailer is that one of OS's own had his hand in making it ! Well done trailer and has received the feedback they were looking for.

OKC's Reggie Jackson looked pretty good too from what was shown.

Definitely want to see if Jeremy Lamb has his sleepy eyes now.

Thank you 2k. You've given me a reason to actually be excited for next gen.

All I've been hearing about is how a big graphics jump from gen3 to gen4 is not possible. This trailer proves that to be total BS.

People who were saying Next-Gen graphics would be a minimal improvement over CG had me worried at first, but this is the biggest graphical jump I've ever witnessed. I also thought current gen looked pretty darn good too.

I am beyond amazed.
