NBA 2K13 Updates Court Floors For the Lakers, Suns and Thunder

The NBA 2K13 court floors for the Lakers, Suns, and Thunder have been updated in game to match their new designs for the 2012-13 season.

Other court floor updates should be coming soon, which include the most anticipated Spurs and Bobcats. We could see a few subtle changes in other courts, but nothing has been announced.

(Lakers - Should have a white center court line, as seen here.) - Thanks domidomdomz!

(Thunder - Slight change, double line in the key is now gone. The difference is seen here.) - Thanks Josh Thomas!

I would think a fix for the MyCareer starter issue would be more important then this but oh well.

I just think it's hilarious that 2k has 2 different scoreboards the Lakers & Clippers. Not a complaint, just an observation

High priority? sigh...graphic updates are NOT high priority but its nice to see them updated...the gameplay fixes takes more time to do....example below from 2k11 and I posted when the patch was released....

Mods, may wanna combine this thread w my "2k shoe update" thread where i've also included 2k jersey updates. figure may be easier for viewing & take up less space. thx

Nope, this is something that will be tagged for the homepage. No need to combine them. Actually, shoes is something else that shouldn't be combined, as many won't go in that thread and won't realize there are new ones available.

If you want to continue updating that thread, feel free. Just know that a new thread will arrive when a new shoe is dropped.

i was trying to make it easier for u guys w/ traffic & over-flooding if u will.
I was just suggesting re-naming the 2 into "2k Auto-Updates; Shoes, Courts, Jerseys, etc." or something along those lines...to keep it simple & to the point for us gamers as an info only type thread w/ no unnecessary discussion & searching . It's referring to 2k's auto in-game system boot up updates. again, just trying to help

They may have separated the court update into 2 updates. Thunder, Lakers, Suns out of the way, next up Spurs, Clippers, Bobcats.

Suns new court looks great. Same goes for the Lakers court! Great job, 2K! But how about the Bobcats completely new court and San Antonio's black paint? Will this be updated soon, too?

Cool, wasn't expecting courts this early, though since I'm a Nets fan it would be nice if Barclays got an update. The Lighting and wood needs a fix.

Definitely digging the updates and the in-game notifications of the updates. As others said, it takes away a lot of the guesswork while also adding a sense of professionalism to the update process.

LOVE the Suns new court ... I was so distracted by it I lost to the Bulls in my association, lol. Got to get used to it but really happy with the update.

ohh!! come on 2k art team... is it that hard for you guys to change the purple midcourt line to white?... why bothered to update the lakers court if you cannot even make it right... this is totally dissapointing... please, do us all a favor... kindly fix the purple line to white

More courts are coming, hang tight. They just need to be spread out to ease the load on the servers.
