No Crew Mode For NBA 2K13

During a recent interview with US Sports Down Under, NBA 2K13 Producer, Erick Boenisch let the cat out of the bag, as he confirmed no Crew Mode for NBA 2K13. This marks the second year in a row Crew Mode will not be featured in the game.

This news will probably have the OS mods pretty busy -- the crew guys are gonna erupt. They'll have to thank those guys who hacked the mode for ruining a very fun mode for most.

This is so bull! After I went to go play NBA 2K13 in August, they said they knew Crew Mode was a big favorite... but they really his us with kitchen sink, not only is Crew Mode NOT in NBA 2K13 but we have a mode called MyTeam... I don't wan't a Ultimate Team Mode, i just want Crew Mode, is that too much to ask for?

Apparently so...we may not see it again until next gen.

Crew didn't make money for 2k, this ultimate team crap obviously does... Crew players just smash crew till the next 2k, don't buy DLC or nothing.

Sounds like they got the game play and online fixed... just in time to miss out on putting in the best fkn game mode ever made...

it's not like anyones going to play NBA Live in a hurry.

My guess is they couldn't effectively stop the hackers from having 7'0 quick point guards with 99 overall ratings. I know that quickly ruined crew mode for me.

Welp looks like im buying 2k13 for the PC rather then the 360 this year then. I rather pay 30 bucks for it on the PC over 60 for the 360 if crew is not in it.

I see what they did here... They built the game up huge with everything else- Jay Z, great gameplay, Dream Team, My Career- and then broke the news hoping it wouldn't be as bad. Not a *terrible* idea, but I'm guessing it'll be around as bad, although I could care less about Crew.

Seems like if they just make a leader board and affiliations in Team Up mode, it's like crew but no hacks.

I loved crew im not mad cause they told us before hand just disappointed but whats with this bs we didnt have time to put it in excuse they said the same thing last year. Is this what they r going to say every year?

I believed it last year and understood it was needed to be taken out to improve the online for the future but 2k12 servers suck still Til this day.

you can complain OR download Live, either way move on. The game is still much better than 2K12. And why throw in a mode where ppl cheat all the time if you don't have the time to get it right? Good choice imo

I've always liked crew mode. Very fun. But had many problems. Espeically with connection to other players. So many games would drop. Wasn't even worth playing until the third patch came out that year. I just hope they figure out next year. Like he said it has a huge demand.

It also makes you wonder how Live got it to work so well on LIve 10. I think not having a crowd and not having many animations helped alot.
