NBA 2K12 Roster Update Available Now (12-12-11) - Video of Changes Included

The first official NBA 2K12 roster update is available now for PS3 and 360. Check the video to see all the changes.

Here are just a few notes.

Not many rookies at all on the update. (4 rookies added, it seems)
Billups, Hamilton, Vince Carter are Free Agents.
Odom still on the Lakers. (Kapono is not)
Arenas still on the Magic.
Chandler and Bibby are with the Knicks.
T-Mac is with the Hawks.
Turiaf is with the Wizards.
Battier is with the Heat.
Roy off the Blazers.

All contracts and trades need to get ratified by the league before the transaction can take place in our game. If this is the wrong place to post this I apologize, but was anybody else shocked to see that Kenneth Faried was rated a 70? I know he is one of the most "NBA ready" players, but to see him the same as Tyson Chandler was absolutely shocking to me. Even to have him 4 points ahead of Tristan Thompson caught me a bit off guard.

EDIT: I made a thread listing the overall and potential of all official 2K rookies in the roster section, so if mods don't want that discussion in here there is a place for it

There are way too many crying men on this site. I have came to the conclusion that this site has a bunch of college kids and kids under the age of 18. Stop crying and complaining so much.

This is just crazy smh. Its really sad.

Just cause a team has agreed to a deal does not mean the deal is official. I blame all this on ESPN.

I know he did, I was posting that because I saw the tweet below. I fully understand not citing from places like ESPN, etc. but when it's the official media release from the KINGS, it doesn't get any more clearer than that. This is no flame to Ronnie or 2k, just makes you wonder about the info there getting.

Perhaps he signed, but until it goes THROUGH THE LEAGUE OFFICE and is ratified, then he's still not official.

C'mon guys, Sim Baller stopped in here as well clearing that tidbit up.

Just because someone signed, doesn't mean they have the ability to put them in, until it's ratified by the League, which could be 1-2 business days.

Yall are sweating this too much look at the league IRL... It's a complete mess, CP3 is getting poked by the league on every trade they want him in new orleans obviously. 2 Rejected trades. Outside of the major players theres the smaller players who are making transactions too! The Leagues transaction list is a mess give it a week

Thanks for the clarification, again I wasn't complaining or anything. I agree that people need to chill, it's just that people are obviously excited that NBA b-ball is back and as a result people are over anxious. I applaud Ronnie for even responding to all these tweets.

Chauncey was just claimed off waivers by the Clippers. And Baron is suffering through back problems right now. I would choose Chauncey
