Hillis Ahead of Vick For Madden NFL 12 Cover

According to some Darren Rovell sources, if the vote ended today, Peyton Hillis would be on the cover of Madden NFL 12. Strong rumblings around the web say, it's a wrap.

Official word comes Wednesday.

It doesn't surprise if Hillis won. This whole vote is a popularity contest. Hillis may not be statistically a cover athlete type player, but he is popular.

It's like when I watch Packers game, the fans go crazy every time John Kuhn touches the ball. Kuhn is no where near the best player on the team but Packer fans absolutely love the guy.

But Michael Vick was #2 in probowl voting behind Tom Brady and infront of Peyton Manning!!!

I want Vick to win out of the two even though it really doesn't matter who the cover athlete is because they don't make the game better or worse, but my personal opinion Vick had the better year and was under a lot of pressure to perform good since everyone and there grandmother was/is after that mans head.

i think it is definitely hillis that has the cover because it's starting to get obvious they had vick and hillis on espn a month and a half ago. hillis just beat a SUPER BOWL QB in aaron rodgers not by a little but by alot and to finish it off at the end of that first take video mike vick scores and does hillis touchdown celebration as a browns fan i'm happy he got the cover but a little nervous
