I've asked this question on a number of threads and haven't got an answer yet; does 2K11 really run at 60FPS on an xbox? I'm almost certain 2K10 doesn't run at anywhere close to 60FPS on xbox? Is this something new then because I haven't seen this information anywhere as part of the new features? Because wow does it look smooth from that non-direct video from gamescon.

The models are much better proportioned this year, and you can tell the difference from the opening scene of Kevin Garnett strutting off the team bus to the first time you see Rajon Rondo dribbling the ball up court and slicing through the lane for a sick reverse, all already running at a smooth 60 frames per second.

There are hiccups during gameplay and I'm sure the closeup scene may not run at 60. Maybe 30. But for the most part, 2k10 most definitely runs at 60fps offline.

Somebody already posted a video of Dudley dunking, though I'm not sure he's the guy for putbacks. In my opinion, Dudley hardly ever dunks because of 2 reasons:

1) He plays away from the basket and always looking to shoot 3's.

2) And that's only my opinion, he's really insecure about his game and afraid to go to the hoop, unless he's wide open (but that's me).

All that is true, also, he's kinda out of shape. lol A one handed putback isn't happening.

You guys really really really underestimate the abillities some of these guys have. Did you see him play in college ? He is 6-7 for crimeny sakes. Just because he doesnt do it often doesn't mean he is Greg Ostertag all of a sudden.

I know of a 6-4 guy who is 300 lbs that can still dunk and do a one or two handed tip dunk and he is completely out of shape so please. Stop the madness .... ROTFLOL .... A 6'7-6'8 nba player can't one handed tip dunk ? ** shakes his head and goes back to work ***

Again, its not a big deal really, but as a phoenix fan I know that's not gonna happen. I know since I keep addressing it it seems like I'm bent outta shape over it, but I'm really not. lol I've just never seen him do a put-back..at least while he's been with phoenix. Its kinda like seeing jj reddick do a one hand putback. Ok maybe not that drastic but you get me. Just a little weird to see. But Im pretty sure this isn't gonna be done with consistency in 2k11.

Well, maybe (probably?) he can, but it's just not common to see him doing it. I've never seen Dudley in college (I admit), but I did see him playing in the NBA. I don't remember him even going to the rim that much, seems like he tries to avoid contact or something. Maybe I just haven't seen enough of him...

What are we talkin about?!

If just one scene in the whole 9 minutes bothers you ... should be a fantastic game to play then!

And this is something you can easily change by yourself when the game is out. Just tweak his sliders and there you go. You don't even need Mike Wang for that.

My anticipation for NBA 2K is high every year. And this year can be that special one we were all waiting for!

I got you Faze. BTW Riddick 1 hand tip dunking to me might be worthy of a thread. All I was saying was its not like cousin took off from the freethrow line caught it at the dotted and spread eagle teabagged Dwight or something....lol

If he can still do it, J Dudley can....lol

Game looks very fluid thus far in the development cycle. Can't wait to get my hands on this game come October! Movement looks very good on the court. Just one minor thing I saw...does the referee positioned on the baseline move at all? It looks like he just freezes once he gets to his spot on the baseline. I know in previous versions the ref followed the action under the hoop. I used to officiate sports, so this stuck out to me.

If you're wondering if he's stuck at that spot all game, the answer is no. They move in 2K10. I don't think he floats while the ball is on 1 end though - what would be the point of doing that in a video game?

Love how Lebron is running the point for a few plays. Looks good man. Real good.
