O.S. Full Minors V.4

Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.

Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.

Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.

Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.

Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.

Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.

Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.

Enjoy and please leave feedback.

V4.1 to come - Different Stamina edits."

I will definitely be updating my rosters as the season goes along next year. All the way through the season this time.

Knight that is awesome. This was my first year with The Show and it was the best baseball game that I've ever played. With updates throughout the year it will only be better. Thanks.

This was also my first year with The Show and I agree with puckhogg11 100%. It is, by far, the best baseball game I've ever played and your rosters made it even better. Looking forward to next year. Thank You.

How did you get it working because I'm having the exact same issues from the Save Data Utility? I don't have the option to "copy" files when hitting triangle and that goes for any files on the USB drive and not just The Show files. The files show up but the triangle button gives me no options.

Tony

Make sure you are going to the PS3 section of the Saved Data Utility section and not the mini.
Also make sure the file is unzipped.
...and finally....some USB drives are "finicky" in the PS3...so it sometimes helps to delete the zipped file(once you unzip it and get the saved data file) from the drive(USB)

Yeah! I'm unzipping the archived files. You confused me a bit with the bold text above. Are you talking about unzipping from the PC and getting the "savedata" folder first and not put the entire "PS3" folder onto the USB drive? I've been placing the entire "PS3" folder onto the USB stick.

The contents are noticed and appear as normal from the XBM. However, none of the files are able to bring up the "copy" option(triangle button) when viewing the saves. I don't get it!

No...you are right...the entire PS3 folder and it's subfolders(SAVEDDATA/BCUS) must be on the drive.
Here is the other thing to check...only ONE PS3 folder. Sometimes...when unzipping....it creates a second PS3 folder which will give you the no data message.

It's got to be
PS3/SAVEDATA/BCUS493839409(numbers/letters here...always different for each save).
NOT..
PS3/PS3/SAVEDATA/BCUS9384949548

Check that out next...

There's no duplicate "PS3" folders involved. Like I said, the contents for saves show up from the XBM but when I hit "triangle" it gives me no option to "copy" the saves anywhere.

It backs me out of the saves on the USB drive. This goes for all of the game saves on a USB drive. It's not pertained to any one specific game either.

I'm just puzzled! Could it be any settings on the PS3 itself? I can view them from the USB drive but not copy or do anything with them.

Try hitting X first(if you didn't already)

Nothing I try works. I'm an advanced user for this type stuff too. I can't get any offline content on USB to work from the XBM. This is truly ridiculous. My content shows but absolutely no option to "copy" anything. All of the my save files on a USB device shows with correct information and timestamp but will not allow me to copy.

I've tried another SD Card too to make sure it wasn't the one I had been trying to get to work. I thought maybe the blank flash drive I have was the problem. It's not your standard drive with space on it.

It only has an SD Card slot to use for storage/data. That doesn't seem to be an issue either. I'm just baffled at this really. It's like something from the PS3 is locking me out for copying save content from USB. I'm really aggravated about this because I can't get any of this offline content to work for my sports games.

Did you hit triangle while the file is selected?

Is the USB key locked? What I mean is did you accidentally select a 'read only' option on it in Windows?

Hitting triangle from the actual files on the USB kicks me back out of viewing the saves and gives me no options to copy or anythying else.

I can drag & drop files to and from the USB device from Windows. It's not locked to just reading. The actual saves showing up from XBM shows that the drive isn't locked. I don't know what's going on. I can't get it to work from XBM.

You know something. Sony patched their system with 3.50, and it disabled certain third party USB controllers that were not licensed and messed with "some" not all, but some USB flash drives, because there was this one flash drive file that some people made that you were able to supposedly hack the discs and rip them to the HDD. So that you can supposedly bit-torrent games and play them illegally.

I am wondering if you are experiencing this rare instance, and need a different USB key. You can try and external HDD if you have one as well.

I think this is a reasonable explanation. I'm using kind of a non-standard USB device. It's a blank flash drive that has a SD Card slot. I received this from a bundled camera deal back last year. It came with a 16mb SD card.

I had never had any use for it until trying to use these offline files for transferring files to the PS3. It won't work with any files I try. Why are the files from the USB even showing up though from XBM?

I do have a spare USB HDD but I'm really using it for my 360. I may have to go out and get me a small(4GB or so) flash drive to see how it works. I just don't see the need because I have this USB drive right now with a 16mb SD card that's plenty big enough for copying offline files.

Yeah, that sounds like the issue to me. You would be able to view, but the copy feature has been disabled.

Just get a cheap SanDisk or Kingston one. They are very cheap at Wal-Mart in the 4GB range. It should do the trick no problem. If not, you can always return it.

But I am willing to bet that is the issue you are running into. Good Luck, and let me know how it works out for you.

Yeah! I'm gonna go out and get me a flash drive this weekend. I probably don't need anything bigger than 2GB really. I'm only gonna need it for offline files like we can get here at OS. Thanks!

Well, it doesn't appear to be related to USB device. I had a spare 160GB external HDD laying around that was used from a prior PC. I formatted it to FAT32 and placed a "PS3" save folder onto the root of the drive. Same thing happened. I can view the save but hitting triangle does nothing but kick me back out.

I see no need in even fooling with buying a smaller flash drive now. I don't understand what's going on though. Does it have anything to do with the PS3 model? I'm using a 40GB model but I don't see that should matter just for copying save content. This really puzzles me!

I also have noticed something else. From the "Game Data Utility" the same stuff happens. These are game patches/updates and I can't delete them or do anything with them. Hitting triangle takes me back out of the patch/update as well. Hitting triangle is supposed to bring up "options" for the viewable content but it doesn't happen for me.

No...it shouldn't.
I still think it's the flash drive.
I had one that wouldn't read a while ago.
My $5 one that I bought from newegg 2 or three years ago works flawlessly...so try finding a cheapo just to check.

This is definitely very puzzling. You can view the file, and see the save, but hitting triangle on the controller does not bring up options, it boots you?

You can try posting on the official PlayStation boards here:

http://boardsus.playstation.com/

I tried googling but came up with nothing similar to what you are experiencing.

Only other thing I can think of, and this is a long shot... you have multiple profiles on the PS3 and are trying to copy under one with restrictions?

Well, the 160GB HDD is a really good one. It's the WD Passport and they're pretty good drives. I was trying a cheap one in the first place.

Well, the final part might be a possibility. I did create a new user before all this. I'll go back into the older user account and see what happens. I doubt that will help but willing to try a lot of things to get this resolved. I'll also try the PS.com boards. How do you even go about removing restrictions for users anyhow?

I had googled my problem as well but couldn't come up with much either to match my issues.
