All I have to say is... Madden Graphics + Euphoria = Top seller for many years... Not that the graphics are bad in BackBreaker, but I think that Maddens Graphics would be more authentic... Awesome game!!!

Respectfully,

Michael K.

Definitely feeling the demo. A totally different experience. If madden could ever match the fluidity of this game, we'd be in for a treat.

So if i choose QB play.. i will only take control of the Q, even after the pass was completed?

I just saw an epic mid air collision between a receiver and a safety...
and I'm getting sick of hearing "Here Comes the Boom"
lol

How many years are we gonna say IF MADDEN DID THIS it would be the best ever? Obviously madden either really don't know how to give what we want of they just don't care cause we will continue to buy the product cause they added a BS new feature..

On Offense, I am actually scared and trigger happy as a qb. Especially in Focus mode. After getting absolutely crushed by a DE, I got really nervous. The DE just swam past my tackle and I was just a sitting duck. I have never experienced that feeling in Madden/NCAA/2K/Joe Montana Sports talk etc. I love the camera view for QB. Twice I thought I had a guy open deep and twice I through right to the safety that I did not see for an INT. You pay for mistakes when throwing. A very good thing. I thought passing was going to be easy but I am struggling so far. I also like looking for the primary rather than assigned buttons for receivers. It's a learning curve, but it feels a bit more realistic. Didn't run the ball too much, but it felt good when I did.

On Defense, I felt disoriented. Much more used to the see everything view. It feels like you are playing a position and not commanding the entire defense. Takes getting used to. I was running around like a chicken without a head. I think I need to pick a position and just play that the entire time. I ussually like playing DE in FB games, but I found it fun to play MLB.

Overall, I am more likely to purchase after the demo. Sure I wish the game had fatigue/injuries, but the gameplay may be able to make me forget all about it. Very refreshing take on the game of football.

Look for those Safeties in Zone Coverage!!!

Teach me oh great one. LOL. I have been trying to pull this off.

Imo, this could be the best football game ever made with a better camera angle.
Because they're specifically trying for a more on-field play style. The lack of camera angles was a design choice from the start. This way is more realistic anyway.

Downloaded.

I hope this game is what I expect it to be and I hope I'm not up this early for nothin'.

Edit: Tackle alley first and foremost. =)

Wow I just saw something amazing. It was a defensive pass interference penalty on my team. The amazing part is when they showed the replay you could actually see the cb holding the guy up and as a result the wr lost his balance and went down.

The first real and organic pass interference penalty in any football game to date.

Any word on if the retail product has accelerated clock?

Next time you kickoff, as you're running down the field, go into aggressive mode and when you approach a blocker hit up on the right stick. LOL. I just leveled a guy.

Looks like the demo doesn't have local/splitscreen multiplayer, unless I'm missing something.

If you want a challenge play with either Charleston or Columbus (?). One of the two "average" teams. You'll see where ratings matter. I feel like some of my guys are being dominated physically. I just got my linebacker put on his *** coming in for the blitz. The CPU QB had all day to throw and dropped it in over the coverage for a 50-something yard gain.

After playing some more I think Hard is the way to go, CPU plays smarter and it feels fair. CPU doesn't feel overpowered on Hard at all.

Not sure if anybody saw this yet, but I just saw a couple of cut scenes in the game I just played where guys were jawing at each other.

That's one reason why I love this game. Makes you really feel like a QB under fire.
