Someone should tell them to fix CPU vs. CPU games. They just cut straight to the next play, and you never see any of the presentation elements in them...

Saw the end around plays too. Locomotion looks pretty good in this video too, it really makes the RBs look different.

Why would they show presentation elements when they are talking about Gameflow, Gameplanning, and Locomotion?

Holy...

Some of those moves the RBs were making were ridiculous. Especially the Broncos RB (assuming it was Moreno, didnt look close). Guy ducked in and out and around defenders.

Super impressed with locomotion

Liked the overall vid and the gameplan looks very interesting.

@ 5:13=EPIC FAIL.

Running backs still cannot put there arm out on a line man's back. Instead they get F'n STUCK running in place. I thought they would have added this by now.

Still to this day one of my top pet peeves in the running game. Maybe It's because, It happens to me often or just that that looks horrible and wouldn't happen with a simple animation. I don't know. I'm disappointed.

GOD!!

Cants see the video at work... Did they appear to have the new lighting in yet? Michael Young said in one of the previews they havent added in the new lighting or some of the other graphic upgrades to any of the builds they had at the NYC event last weekend.

NCAA looks phenomenal so far and Madden looks pretty similar to last year so I am looking forward to them adding the new lighting and polish.

Hoping for dynamic lighting this year as well.. I have a good feeling Mike Young will get that in for us!

On another note any notice the video board in the middle at the top of the screen. Looks like we'll be able to see our selfs on it while were playing the actual game. It's at the Miami stadium when they were in the endzone.

Also digging Nike products being in the game.

If I had to guess I think that a majority of the presentation elements are not in the game yet. I think they are waiting to put it all in and make one huge presentation announcement..

Hopefully it will be CBS broadcast presentation!!

Check out the pulling guard @ 133. So awesome. Went up to the second level just like adem said.

They do it on pass plays as well, and no penalty for doing so. heh

What are you talking about? Example?

# 16 SouthernBrick @ 04/27/10 05:44 PM
One more note lol.

The running animation does "look"(key word here) like a improvement with the new locomotion system in place. They seem to be more grounded but, when CJ2K was running I didn't get that feeling like wow he is fast(and this could be a problem IMO). Overall this seems like a good change in the right direction though but, we shall see.

Drew Brees video had it in it. Find the thread for it, and I posted the example there.

On this video, if you watch the game behind Phil at 0:52, you'll see a bunch of jerking moves and continued sliding. That's M11 there too, not M10. Until the game looks realistic from a broadcast standpoint, it's never going to look real from the QB vision standpoint. They need better transitional animations during and after the play, and more realistic reactions to whistles at the end of the play.

I haven't been reading or watching almost any of the info and vids that have been put out lately. Just haven't been that interested.

You got link?

I'm ready to see some stuff in-between plays (I know, it's only April). That's the area where Madden has struggled the last several years.

First shot of the Strategy Pad (that I have seen) at 1:12.

Looks like we have the following:

Up - Hot Routes
Left - Motion Left
Right - Motion Right
Down - OLine Shifts
