That was a BOLD blog right there. From saying "NBA LIVE 10 has taken a huge leap forward in this area and I think the Czar’s scores will look much different when he does his NBA LIVE 10 vs NBA2K10 Czarisodes next year." Also this, "getting to a never seen before level of authenticity with our players", and this "I’m also really excited about the level of authenticity and team differentiation that you’ll see in the game this year. Again, like nothing seen in a basketball game to date."

Consider me very skeptical, BUT at the same time really ****ing excited to see if you can pull it off. I've been a 2K guy since 2K4 and for the first time since 2003 Live has definitely got me interested. Should you be able to match the statements in that blog there's a good chance I will buy for the first time in 6 years.

Generally speaking has there been any disadvantages between PS3 and 360 versions of NBA Live or has EA done a good job of making them both equal?

Color me impressed, haven't purchased Live in a LONG time.

I'm hoping the dynamic DNA is integrated daily into dynasty mode. That would be insane.

"Ray AP, you're absolutely right. But if you look closely at Cleveland's jerseys, their whites have that texture, while their reds have a different one

lets see

The lighting
The screen that goes around the stadium
the jersey looks like ummm it has that cloth movement in it like 2k has
lebron's adam's apple sticks out , lol
Can barely tell but his facial features look redone from that angle

Damn, will be a long wait till early october... Nice blog to read, but can't wait to get more specific details on the specific areas... Any idea when we will see first videos?

What is the timespan you think that 2K can't copycat features anymore before release?

I'm right here with you man.

I haven't touched Live in SO long man.

But this year, I'm MUCH more interested in seeing what Live is bringing to the table. I'm getting very excited about this game.

2K just might be getting a pass this year unless they do some amazing things in their iteration.

Sounds good im expecting something big this year. Man im soo happy that you guys added Lebrons pre-game ritual, cant wait to see what you guys have done to OTP sounds like its gonna be running nice for next year.

i don't know what to think about this will this be explained more in a future blog.

EA is really showing me something this year. I haven't even thought about NBA Live since about 2004, but I will definitely be watching how this year's version develops. The decision between NBA 2k10 and NBA Live 10 looks to be much closer than it ever has been for me.

That was the one sentence that worried me as well. It almost sounds like the game will be controlled by real time stats rather than the users ability to play the game.
