NBA Live 365 Status Update

Hello Everyone,

In our communication to all of you before the launch of NBA LIVE 09, we said that NBA LIVE 365 would be “Made Fresh Daily.” This will certainly be the case, but I wanted to update everyone on our current status, because there are lots of questions being asked around the community concerning NBA LIVE 365 and when it will officially “turn on.” Last night the NBA season officially kicked off. Six teams played, and the NBA LIVE 365 information was received and is ready to be pushed in-game for all of you to enjoy, but in order to accurately reflect what’s happening in the real NBA in NBA LIVE 09, we need the data from EVERY NBA team once they finish their first game.

The last NBA teams will play their first game on Thursday (10/30). To accurately reflect what happened for every team’s first game in NBA LIVE 09, we’re going to turn on NBA LIVE 365 on Friday morning (10/31) for everyone that input a code on the insert inside the NBA LIVE 09 packaging. Once every team plays their first game, you will see your daily changes as promised.

We’re terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but we really wanted to update the community on what our current status is. We thank you for your overwhelming excitement and continued interest for this feature, and we promise that you’ll be pleased with what’s reflected in-game based on the real NBA season. It’ll be a long, enjoyable journey for all of us to enjoy!

Is a patch for the 360's dynasty freezing going to be expected soon? Or should the 365 update on Halloween fix it?

Lol, I love that man! I keep trying to remember from which movie/person I hear it from, I have no idea. I use it here at home together with some Niko Bellic accent and it cracks my younger bro and lil' cousins up!

Has the DNA update really not happened yet? I am @ work right now. I mean its 330 were I am, seems like a fair request to have had it by now.

So...No update yet but the Rewind Games are updated. Just played Hawks v. Magic from the 29th...well the Magic were on fire...shot 62% for the game, dominated the boards, I lost by 10. In real life the Magic couldnt hit anything and Atlanta won by 14. I guess I expected the Magic to be off since they were in the real game...I dunno. But is it weird that there is no update but the Rewind games are updated? Also during the game, when they showed the players last game stats they were still the last game from last year.

I haven't gotten any update yet today and I've been on and off all day. Whats the deal? Just my personal opinion and from my experience at this site....It never ceases to amaze me how the EA rep is ALWAYS here to toot the horn of whats supposed to happen, but when it doesn't happen, he is nowhere to be found. I know the day isn't over yet, but this is "made fresh daily" and for some reason I expected this the game to be "updated" first thing this morning, I mean come on, we're going on 6 pm on the east coast already. Maybe I'm expecting to much.

This is a big new feature, and there's bound some be some kinks in the armor. Thanks for your patience guys, it's so appreciated. I'll update you the minute we get information.

I am not hating on the Live team at all with this post because they obviously have done their job. But EA Online routinely drops the ball. I can't believe that they push the hell out of NBA Live DNA last night on TNT just to not have it ready today. It is amazing that EA Online can continue to be the weak link here. Hopefully they can get their act together soon. Otherwise this is just a useless 'back of the box' feature.

I'm not sure what's going on but in the Spurs/Suns rewind, but George Hill is listed as a small forward, but he's a PG. This comes into play because when the CPU subs for me, it puts Vaughn in at the center position O_o.

I know Oberto was out, but couldn't the entire active roster be put into the games?
I mean Hill is on the Spurs roster in the rewind game and he didn't even play. (Spurs only played 9 guys)

Are you sure the game was from the 29th of 2008? From what i noticed right now almost all the Rewind games are from last year but they do have almost every game.

the nba live rewind is updated but i cant play the game from yesterday which was houston at dallas it just says "loading nba live rewind game..." whats up with that?

Yes I am sure. Its possible its not avail. anymore thought...since EA is having many many troubles I guess.

thanks! i just went to the heat vs kings game in AA tonight! just got home and wanted to replay the game on nba live lol....

MIAMI won by like 30.. just wanted to see the rewind in nba live!
