This RAW wasn't too terrible, they kept Snooki off the microphone and that was probably a good thing. This was definitely better than J-Woww's appearance on TNA.

I hope and pray to the wrestling gods that the Miz goes over John Cena at WrestleMania. I doubt he will due to the fact that he's had the upperhand this entire feud. I just pray they put HHH/Taker on last and open the door for Miz to steal one.

Are the fans in Chicago still really that much behind Cena these days? I know on the east coast he would catch heat for winning at WrestleMania. Especially since the fans are obviously more behind The Rock than him in their feud of words and one of them isn't even a wrestler anymore!

But then again, perhaps this is a precursor to what we were talking about the other night. Maybe The Miz actually does go over Cena at WrestleMania and it is the cause of a Cena heel turn. I know that is the best case scenario, but with everything else this year being either highly predictable (The Undertaker is not losing) or just not interesting (Cole vs. Lawler and Snooki's "match" come to mind) perhaps the WWE will have something major in store for us this year. Besides, the biggest build up this year has been the Cena/Rock angle and they aren't even going to wrestle each other and I would bet a large sum of money that The Rock never wrestles in a single match ever again.

Something big needs to happen. Either a major heel turn, a big time debut, a big time return, etc. etc.

There has to be more than meets the eye this year. There just... has to be!

The way I see it is this:

1- I am more than 99.9% certain that The Undertaker is NOT going to lose.

2- If the Cena/Miz match airs before the Taker/HHH match then don't expect anything major to happen, regardless of who ends up winning the match.

3- If the Cena/Miz match airs after the Taker/HHH match then expect something major to happen and for The Miz to most likely end up retaining.

Completely agree on all fronts. I just assume they'll want to send the crowd home happy and thus a Miz/Cena main event will hinder Miz's chances of retaining that much more.

No, I'm pretty sure Chicago hates Cena. My girlfriend (bless her heart) always feels bad for the kids in the arena when Cena gets booed mercilessly. While I've lived in Chicago for at least 5 years and consider this home, my "hometown", where I was born and raised and my family resides is a small pro-Cena town (that I swear to god thinks wrestling is real) in Michigan. I love to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings there since I can watch for free and love the atmosphere.

I was booed there by the entire restaurant for wearing a Nexus shirt. I heard the biggest pop for Jerry freakin' Lawler I've ever heard in my life, was called a "Coward!!" for liking Orton and the Miz by a 90 year old woman who is always there knitting in the corner (they are cowards as well). My girl was called fake for cheering for the likes of the The Miz, Del Rio, etc by another girl. I thought she was about to get stabbed over some wrestling. It was awesome!

"Are you serious right now? Is she serious? That's like 5 fake people you've cheered for tonight? At least I know who the [female body part]'s in this room are now!!"

That place sounds like a hilariously fun place to watch wrestling. People who believe it's real or act like it are definitely the most fun.
