They could give me a free copy of 2k15 and i wouldnt play it. 2k's priorities are in the wrong place. It doesnt matter how much they make from VC or myteam if i dont buy the game itself i cant buy VC. I know someone will reply and tell me this is the future of gaming no ones forcing you to buy it season pass blah blah. People control the future of gaming not companies, and after reading the complaints on this post alone, unless the news gets better by September 2k is going to find that out the hard way

So, do you work for 2k or you just a little slow?
Wow, condescending with the insult. Lol.

This isn't about a particular genre of games, it's about production cost, license fees, and getting more money.

The industry can't raise the price of games cause gamers aren't going for it, but they can go about it by getting extra money with Microtransactions, Season Passes, DLC, ect.

You think sports companies wouldn't like to get extra money like the Call of Duty's and Assassin's Creed' well maybe you're the slow one...Lol.

They are rational business people acting rationally.

It's the consumers fault for buying the crap.

Honestly

I'd love to buy more classic teams, stadiums or seasons, etc... You know. Things that have everything to do with NBA basketball.

Let me play out the 92-93 season, ill get the DLC

Iverson Challenges

Jordan Challenges

Kobe Challenges

Vince Carter Challenges

Tmac Challenges

Hakeem Challenges

GP/Shawn Kemp Challenges

Stockton/Malone Challenges

The list goes on.. I would love to have something like this

but no we get VC, a sweatband, online connected rosters and more of this look at me my player shenanigans.

So from business to customer, im not exactly seeing this as providing me with something that I really want or care for.

IMO its not rational to me, and I don't buy it. However if it was like the above, I most certainly would.

I never said or implied any such thing. I applaud you for your straw man though.

I was hoping we'd get some kind of glimmer of hope that we can actually play 2K15 Association/MyGM our way instead of the way 2K wants to force us to play but the already heavy plugging of VC and MyPlayer killed my hopes.

I can only pray that all the VC nonsense doesn't spill over into the WWE games now.
