So can any title be set to bothe brands?? I.E. can the WCW championship or ECW championship be unified?

Yes, any championship can be assigned to both brands

It hasn't been activated yet in the Marketplace, as best I can tell. I've been trying to download it for a week and get the same message. It will probably be early next week before it's activated.

Exit themes as in after the match music plays? If so, it plays during the highlights and stuff.

Sounded like imported music stopped during the highlights, but I haven't tested that myself.

I meant like where the theme in real life starts after a match. Like when Cena wins it doesn't play the beginning of his theme, it goes straight to the "your time is up" line then plays from there.
