I wish they would lower his speed/dunks abylities instead of his midrange shot rating. It's kind of crazy to make his midrange rating so low especially when you see the kind of shot he (has to) take(s).

HIs mid range, post game & clutchness should be his highest ratings.

Just saw the ratings for 1994 Rockets and Olajuwon is a 97 with defense of 95 and offense of 99.

To you guys saying stats don't mean anything: stats are facts, actually records of what really happened in a season. To says stats don't matter is denying the truth. If stats don't matter why even bother to keep them. Let's just give every player a 99 to please their fans. This is ridiculous, I guess history books don't matter either....

Nobody has said that stats didn't matter. They said that OVERALL doesnt mean much and can hardly be discussed.

Stats are fact but not everything. If I shot 5/5 all year from 3 do I deserve a 99 three?

No you don't. % and attempts should be factored. And also to a small degree, reputation.
