You can injure players on other teams without using 30 team control, but I haven't researched whether the CPU puts those players on the DL.

some teams do and some don't and I have NO idea what makes the difference.

there are some teams with guys with 2 month injuries that didn't put their guys on the DL and some that DL'd everyone

no rhyme or reason

You don't need 30 team control to manually injure players. There is also a list on the first page of this thread with the injuries to start the season.

Weird. It always does it for me if I'm not controlling the teams. Maybe you accidentally checked some off when you started your franchise?

Manually input the injuries you listed on page 1.

Players on bench with 1-2 month injuries..

A's Rosales
M's Kelley, Robles
Tex FEldman
Fla Baker
Was Ramirez on bench but Wang on 15 day with 1-2 mo
NYM Santana
Phi Utley
Hou Castro w/ 6 plus mo
Pit Hart
Stl put Wainright on 15 day
SD Baxter
NYY Curtis but they put Feliciano and Cervelli on 15 day
TB Howell
Tor Carlson, McGowan
CHW Peavy
Atl has Medlen on 15 day with 5-6 month injury

seems like most of them didn't

When did you give those guys the injuries....pre-season or after the season started?
I can't remember if I did mine on the dates...or day 1 of the regular season(I'm thinking regular season for some reason)
