Re: Free Agent Tracker (PG 1) & Off Season Movement

Miami would be in worse shape than alot of others but just about every team would be screwed. Unless the NBA cuts salaries down significantly a hardcap would be horrible. Teams wouldn't be able to go over the cap to keep their players and it would be awful.

Understandable.

Anyway, the link to Riley trying to sign and trade: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/m...,4440538.story

The article doesn't make sense IMO. If they sign and trade for LBJ, they still would need cap space. The only way they get that cap space is to renounce some of their players. They also mention being able to keep the MLE. I have to figure this out lol.

Jason Williams was just quoted on Orlando radio as having said that he would absolutely take the veteran minimum to go back to Miami since the Magic signed Duhon to take his spot on the Magic's roster.

As long as they end up with a decent center and one more solid bench player (perhaps Matt Barnes as was reported earlier) to go along with the three rookies they have, this team is shaping up very nicely IMO.

Good luck with that.
WOW! That's like a robber telling the victim: Can you leave your door unlocked so when you leave I can come in? Thank you.

The Bulls need to replace Deng with a "Pitbull" 3 Defender and just create a mean "physical" starting 5.

I was thinkin Iggy, AK47, Stephen Jackson?

It would take a bad for worse contract though.

I actually thought the exact same thing last night lol. How's his 3-point range? that would be my only concern. It's probably better the Luol's though.

Don't know what to think about it. We are in desperate need of shooters and the Bulls are talking about Iggy? Now if they want to take Deng's contract off our hands, I'd consider it.
