Very nice hub site for inFamous done by IGN. There's 10 tracks from the OST. Amon Tobin who scored Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is awesome. Mel Wesson (Batman Begins, Pirates of the Caribbean) Martin Tilman (Black Hawk Down, Ali) and Jim Dooley (Pushing Daisies) also worked on the soundtrack for inFamous.

Apparently the pre-order demo codes are working now. I was unable to find anybody in my area that had any left.
