How well would these sliders run on All American instead of Heisman

Just a quick thought to that formula is everyone playing style is soo different from the next person that it is really hard to be analytical about the sliders..............I've also notice that A rated teams of course plays better and runs better than B or C rated teams with these sliders like it should be.....

That's all true - I was just really bored at work today!

Even though I've played for a long time I've never liked to mess w/ sliders too much (try to give ea benefit of the doubt) but AA is to easy and Heisman is no fun so your sliders have really helped me out, matt10.

Re: Matt10's Heisman Sliders (PS3)

Played as Navy (C+) against Akron (D+). They actually lead 6-0 with 17 seconds in the first half. Then I connected on a fly route for 68 yards and a score to lead 7-6 at halftime. Inexplicable coverage-the corner played bump and run and there was no safety help. Once my WR broke free it was off to the races.

Akron moved the ball early scoring on a 17 yard pass to the TE, and shot itself in the foot with a INT in the endzone. They threw 3 picks in total, which I had no problem with.

What I had a problem with once again was the ease of running to the outside. I know it's Akron but once I got the 14-6 lead I did nothing but run to the left side as my #1 HB got 140 yards on 28 carries, while my #2 got 43 yards on 6 carries. My #1 HB had only 8 yards in the first half , until I went with sweeps, power, and counter runs to the left side using Big Ace packages. This is with CPU Rush D at 45 actually +5 over your 40. CPU tackling was set at your default of 50. I won 28-6.

Maybe I shouldn't be complaining too much because it was Akron, but you'd think the CPU would adjust to the constant pounding of the ball to the left side and the fact that I wasn't passing.

I would access my skill level at D+ and that's probably generous.

I played as Cincy and lost to utah 35-25...Collaros threw the ball over 45 times for over 350 yards but the defense couldn't stop Utah's spread. They're ranked #23 & Cincy is #24. Great game again!

Well, I also did testing here - and was actually the majority of my focus. So I went drastic from 60 RBL for the user, dropped it to 20.

Results were interesting I would say, although I tested with VT against VT - so moving the slider to 20 was actually seemingly even on counter plays.

I'm going to play a game with the RBL at 20 - and report back. If it doesn't hurt the run game too much, and most importantly remove the "exploit" of the counter - or running to outside in general - it could be added to the set.

Re: Matt10's Heisman Sliders (PS3)

Halftime of Iowa (CPU) @ Wisconsin (me)

Iowa 27, Wisc 14

Passing: Iowa - Stanzi, 11/13 261 yds, 4 TD **getting killed by going for the big hits instead of the wrap up, also blitzing too much**

Wisc - Tolzien, 10/15 234 yds, 2 TD, INT **got lucky on a long screen pass to Clay for 70 yards**

Rushing, now here's where I was a tad skeptical, but pleasantly surprised...

Rushing: Iowa - Robinson, 11 att 85 yds (30 yd long)
Rushing: Wisc - Clay, 16 att 76 yds (12 yd long)

So, there you go. I'm going to quit the game - pretty happy with the stats, fairly realistic I'd say, now I'm going to work on the QB accuracy and adjust FGA, same with tackling.

I decided that I wont update the sliders, there are some drastic changes and I think the ones on the front page are working for me, and appearing so with others.

If I see any drastic need for change, it'll happen. For now, the one on the first page is set. I suggest for those of you looking for more of a challenge to post what your findings were. I've realized it's not easy to tailor to everyone's needs here.

Would still love the feedback - thanks again so far, glad this set is giving something back in a way - at first, I wasn't even sure of posting them.

Re: Matt10's Heisman Sliders (PS3)

Just started my 2nd year in my LSU dynasty with these sliders and first time playing on Heisman. I beat Southern Miss 42-13 which seemed pretty realistic so i'm optimistic about these sliders/
