NCAA Football 2003 Rosters Complete for PS3

I have created a 2003 recruit file for this roster. Credit to pbales20 for creating the recruiting class editor I used to create these. 2600+ real recruits from the 2003 classs including Reggie Bush, Jamarcus Russell, Chris Leak etc. There are two files in the Zip, 2003 Recruit Info and 2003 Recruit Response.

To add the recruits to your dynasty:
1. Start a dyansty and go into recruiting to generate a class.
2. Save dynasty to a usb and open of the dynasty editor
4. Import the 2003 Recruit Info file to Recruit Stats, Recruit Info, and Recruit Unknowns.
5. Import 2003 Recruit Response to Recruit Pitch Responses
6. Save in the editor

Are there specific steps needed for this to work on RPS3? When I try to load roster, it just flashes, never say "Loaded", and then the roster never loads

Where do you freeze at? Check the CSIDs and SGIDs. I've run into issues with those before. If you can't find anything, export the team details to a csv and then copy and paste each row individually in the same place without changing anything then import the csv. Idk why but did that for a roster when I couldn't find any issues and now it works fine in dynasty
