How do you download these files offline. I have it on my usb but I'm trying to get it on the game.

On your usb, make a folder named "PS3". Inside that folder, create another folder named "SAVEDATA". Put the roster file into the "SAVEDATA" folder.

Once you have your usb in your ps3, go to the "Saved Data Utility" folder under the "Game" section on your ps3, hit x, your usb will be the second option, hit x on it, and if all was done properly your roster file will be there. Hit triangle and select copy, then you should be able to load it in game.
