Re: NCAA Football 14: 2018-19 Roster Update

Great to have football back! Here's my 69-man projection for the Terps. Obviously subject to change, but my best guess after 1 spring practice.

Offensive Playbook: N.C. State (This is where Matt Canada was the O.C. in 2013, so this would be my best guess until I've seen the offense he'll run here.)
Defensive Playbook: Multiple 4-3 (Lots of nickel, but only against 3-WR sets, so still a 4-3 base.)

OFFENSE - 33

QB: 1. Kasim Hill, 2. Tyrrell Pigrome, 3. Max Bortenschlager, 4. Tyler DeSue
RB: 1. Ty Johnson, 2. Lorenzo Harrison III, 3. Anthony McFarland, 4. Jake Funk, 5. Javon Leake
WR: 1. Taivon Jacobs, 2. DJ Turner, 3. Jahrvis Davenport, 4. Rayshad Lewis, 5. Tahj Capehart, 6. Darryl Jones, 7. Jeshaun Jones
TE: 1. Avery Edwards, 2. Noah Barnes, 3. Andrew Park, 4. Chigoziem Okwonko
LT: 1. Derwin Gray, 2. Jordan McNair, 3. TJ Bradley
LG: 1. Sean Christie, 2. Will McClain
C: 1. Brendan Moore, 2. Johnny Jordan
RG: 1. Terrance Davis, 2. Ellis McKennie, 3. Evan Gregory
RT: 1. Damian Prince, 2. Marcus Minor, 3. Jaelyn Duncan

Note: Hill and Pigrome won't return until August. WRs are a crapshoot, with Jacobs the only sure thing. Starting O-Line is all but set, Christie is the only question mark.

DEFENSE - 34

LE: 1. Byron Cowart, 2. Brett Kulka, 3. Keiron Howard
RE: 1. Jesse Aniebonam, 2. Melvin Keihn, 3. Bryce Brand, 4. Tyler Baylor
DT: 1. Adam McLean, 2. Mbi Tanyi, 3. Oluwaseun Oluwatimi, 4. Oseh Saine, 5. Cam Spence, 6. Brandon Gaddy, 7. Austin Fontaine
MLB: 1. Isaiah Davis, 2. Tre Watson, 3. Brett Shepherd
ROLB: 1. Nick Underwood, 2. Ayinde Eley, 3. Durell Nchami, 4. Nihym Anderson
CB: 1. Antoine Brooks, Jr., 2. Tino Ellis, 3. RaVon Davis, 4. Marcus Lewis, 5. Antwaine Richardson, 6. Ken Montgomery, Jr., 7. Deon Jones, 8. Fofie Bazzie
FS: 1. Darnell Savage, Jr., 2. Kenny Bennett
SS: 1. Qwuantrezz Knight, 2. Raymond Boone, 3. Fa’Najae Gotay

Note: As always, DTs are impossible to predict. Top 5-6 guys should see time. Lots of CBs, since some will probably rotate up to safety (especially Lewis).

SPECIAL TEAMS - 2

K: 1. Joseph Petrino
P: 1. Wade Lees

If you're still working on Florida, the defense is being changed to a multiple defense but there will be much more 3-3-5 type looks this year.

I am switching them to the 3-4 playbook since that is the scheme they have been reported as going with. The playbook i am giving them allows you to have the 3-3-5 and the 2-4-5.

Has anyone started UGA yet? Is there anything I can do to help?

Boss is shaming us because the Otis Reese debacle......lol. In all seriousness though, he'll probably start on them in a couple teams or so. I wouldn't worry about it. Whoever does Georgia every year usually does a good job. Just a heads up though, i've noticed that the more people nag about doing a team, the later that team usually gets done. Remember, they do it on their free time and they don't get paid for it. Patience is key. If you want to help, it is suggested that you leave an easy to read depth chart with 69 players and article coverage about said depth chart if possible.
