"Greg and I are pleased to announce that in the next version of the tool, iffs will be read by the game externally, and importing will no longer be required. Just drop your files into the directory, and you're ready to go.

They also said we wont need to use any back up files anymore with the updated version... amazing stuff considering the game was released like a month ago.

that is huge news. so it will pretty much be the way it used to be withthe ez d/l, drag & drop routine. sweet.

I just moved to PC gaming this year, you guy's seem really excited for drag and drop modding tool, and 3D modelling, anyone mind going more specific what all the excitement is about? Like will it allow for modders to remodel the players bodies to make it more realistic etc?

I hope this means the UBR guys start modding nba 2k16. I still have 2k14 because of that mod.

The UBR mod was and is amazing. If they come to 2K16, they can create the definitive sports mod of this generation.
