Close, but probably not completely. Certain things have proven tough to crack to this point. I would wager thatthe cosmetic things (faces, courts, jerseys, dornas, nets, etc) will all be fine. As I mentioned, much of that is already being worked on or close to being possible...just a matter of getting more guys familiarized.

The biggest loss so far is roster editing. Right now, it's apparently way too complicated and I don't know that anyone has tried any further to figure it out yet. This means the big roster projects, certain conversion mods, and extra details (like team colors, jersey additions and affiliations, etc) will be hampered or missing.

I honestly have no idea what these guys are doing and how to even get what theyve done so far.

I pretty much put the PC version away.

Link is in the OP (along with some basic instructions):

http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=159&t=97283

You want v0.27

And here is a link for the tool's tutorial:

http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=160&t=97596

You will be basically just following the tutorial's initial section about .iff files (note that although it uses cyberfaces as the example, the same rules apply for all .iffs, like jerseys, courts, etc).

The rest is generally for people actually modding things, not just adding stuff (so far, everything to add has been in the traditional .iff format).

The final section gives you the general list order of files, so you can have an idea of where to find the file you are trying to overwrite. It may seem daunting at first to some, but it really is just a matter of using the tool once or twice to see how easy it actually is.

Yeah, I was set on PC mainly because of the modding so I grabbed the X1 version and will come back once the modding scene gets better.

Re: NBA 2k15 Modding Thread

Is there a tool for editing rosters on PC yet? I would buy the PC version and sell my PS4 version if a roster editor tool came out (I heard REDitor doesnt work for editing rosters anymore).

I just want to adjust coaches ratings, add/remove headbands, and maybe use a text editor client to make draft classes with flagged names that shouldn't be.

roster editing really isn't in the cards due to them being encrypted .
