Not sure man. I think Mike used his own touches formula. So he did edit them. I haven't gotten to play enough games with it, only 1 so far, to know how they play.

Would it be possible for you to change the following jersey colors for the next update?

Denver Nuggets away jersey current - 8ca5c4

Denver Nuggets secondary away jersey current - 0d1228

Los Angeles Lakers away jersey current - 421a8a

95-96 Sonics away jersey - 263725

San Antonio Spurs Road jersey current - 0f0f0d

These changes would definitely go a long way in making the game look better, thanks in advance.

Change the jersey colors? No, it is impossible. I can change the accessory colors though. Is that what you mean?

I have 2 seasons started. One with each roster from KG+Steed and The OS roster from this thread.

In simming the games for the cpu the teams starting PG's averaged about 13-15 assist per game

In this roster the averages were from 4-9 for starting pg's

KG roster seems a bit to high for every game and I simmed 10

And this roster had some low ones but other were 8-11 which is good

I looked into Rashidi's post trade deadline overall ratings for players and they are off from our roster set.

STAT and MELO are both 88 in our roster and in Rashidi's set they are STAT 86 and Melo 85

I know that some would argue about overall ratings but just wondered by our set has those 2 higher then most sets that have been edited

The reason for that is STAT and Melo wouldn't be given the "Star" player role unless they are rated that high. The star role gives players more minutes and makes their trade value higher.

Also, from a basketball standpoint. I didn't really agree with STAT being 86 and being equal to Blake Griffin who is also an 86. Then if you compare Blake Griffin to Melo, Blake is rated better which is another thing I don't agree with.

The two things that Rashidi tends to do with his ratings, from what I gathered, is that he inflates speed and quickness, especially for big men which results in high ratings. He also decreases ratings sometimes without looking at the full body of work. I mean, can you really say Blake Griffin is better than Melo? Or that Stat doesn't deserve an 88 rating when Westbrook and Durant are 88 as well? STAT is an MVP candidate. Melo shouldn't go from 93 (2K's original rating) to 85. Thats a eight point drop when some say he is having a great season statistically.

However, if you compare the two, Rashidi's Melo and STAT is similar to mine. Only difference is STAT's position, speed and quickness gives him the 88. Melo's speed, quickness, def.awareness (70, I think) gives him his rating. They still shoot the same in both sets.

Another thing is that Rashidi sometimes has his player's playing out of position. STAT now plays PF which gives him a better rating than if he was a C. This goes for other players as well.

So that was how I came up with those ratings.

I understand, not that I questioned the reason why STAT and MELO were 88 since that sounds about right.

I just wondered why He had it that low.

But is one of the main reasons why STEEDS roster does not work overall for me due to the low ratings in some star players that leads ton an unbalanced franchise.

So I should raise melo and stoudemire just to give them the "star" role ? I know you're a NY fan but you should be a bit more relalistic. STAT and MELO are poor defensive players, Melo doesn't rebouding well despite his size and body and he doesn't shoot the ball well this season. STAT doesn't know how to defend the pick and roll and has a good overall rating because he is athletic, it's the same for Blake Griffin.

Now you can boost these players and give them ratings they don't deserve.

People always complaining about rosters, ratings or rotations but they are free to do all the changes they want and it takes only a few minutes to do it.
