LEGENDS Thread - NBA 2K18 & beyond: (Accessories, jerseys, sig styles etc)

Haven't played much but I can tell this game is pretty solid. CPU plays smart. However, as a guy who loves some old school a few things bum me out.

Maybe they're in and I can't find them but my favorite uniforms for the Hawks & Sonics don't seem to be in the game.





On the plus side, Shawn Kemp looks pretty good. Problem is, he's really thin. He also has the long neck thing that hurts a lot of players.

It's why some players always look too thin to me I think. It's the long neck.

Staying with Ewing, big men in the game get too low when they post. They just don't feel tall. Legs seem short. Arms too.



I don't know if any other player has this issue but 2k Ewing doesn't move his head when he shoots. Keeps it at an awkward low angle.









That's all I got. Nothing huge but things I notice when I play. When I'm using guards or small forwards everything seems ok. Just the big men seem off. The long neck thing stands out more with the centers & power forwards.

Anyone notice how bad Jerry Stackhouse looks? I don't play MyTeam so I don't know what his face looked like in that mode the past couple of years, but he was one of the guys with a hidden CF that they found on as recently as 2K16 I believe. The one they have in the game is horrible.

It's like they took player models from FIFA videogame this year, where players look like geckos/lizards with enlongated necks and rubbery skins. It feels artificial, uncanny valley as hell.

Well, my only hope now is for modders to improve the whole game, as I only bought the game to play with classic teams.

Same I only want to play with the classic teams but I'll occasionally play current rosters

It's a small thing but I agree with you. I think it was like this last year too. Rasheed Wallace looks a little strange when posting up due to this (and anyone, really). There seems just a little bit too much crouch to the animation.

They definitely need to patch in the body editing options.
