General impressions: so far the best game I played so far, meaning the sliders seems did the job. I felt the flow of the game (like in real NBA), was down by - 15, accelerated in 3Q by getting +1, however in first 3 minutes of OT lost the section by 12:0 and it was over.

Stats:
Russel - 29/7/14
Harden - 24/2/4
Capela - 23/18

Curry - 39/2/3 (5/14 3pts)

What was not satisfying from team stats point of view:
PIP: 70 pts for Warriors is way too big number (I did 45pts)
Free throws: I concluded even 45 attempts, while warriors only 17.
Off rebounds: both team grabbed ~ 20+
Everything else +- logic numbers.

Conclusion: would be interesting to try another next game vs Kings and specifically analyze all stats after the game. Anyway I must same - slider set indeed has a potential in the market Good job so far and keep working!

P.S. I use attention to details roster set,
Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the gameplay. Have you been seeing still a lot of PiP/big disparity on FTs/tons of offensive rebounds since this game? As I only test on the official 2K rosters I can’t say how other rosters would perform especially if tendencies have been modified.

Also, I left offensive consisency and def consitency as is, 50-50. But i gave User a plus ten in off consistency, it helps prevent you from going cold all of a sudden in the second half. Thse are really the biggest differences.
Thanks for diving in and testing the set! I’m interested in seeing how your tweaks perform and how it compares. A few things to note:

-Last I played the game (last week) they really nerfed playing passing lanes. A few patches ago Hands at 100 almost guaranteed 6-8 steals in the passing lanes but since 1.09 you’d have to really time it perfectly to nail passing lane steals. Even at 100 it doesn’t generate enough passing lane plays and so turnovers are not where I want them to be.
-I originally started this set with ATB at 0. They do still attack the basket but I found it that at 0, at times the AI won’t know what to do - it WANTS to attack the rim but since we “shut it off”, at times it just gets into the paint and stands around, resulting in poor attacking flow, random offensive 3 sec violations and most importantly guys start to not play like themselves. I raised it to 1 and it helped, but last week I found 15 the magic number for them to play like themselves and yet still look for kickouts to shooters when it made sense.
-I didn’t really get a sense of the CPU cheesing in the 4th last I played. I felt every win was earned and every loss was deserved, but hey I could be dead wrong now since I haven’t played in a while lol.

Thanks man! I don’t plan to because I edit my own rosters (just rotations, accessories, and hotspots), otherwise it’s just the official 2K rosters. I think as long as tynole14’s or any other roster set doesn’t increase everyone’s 3PT tendencies, and every team’s zone tendencies are raised into the 80s and above it should be just fine. It should be an easy fix even with beefed up 3PT tendencies so I wouldn’t worry too much about this slider set not being compatible.

Re: Realistic Shot Distribution Sliders (2K20)

Just played my first 2 games in a while and I’m pretty pleased with the gameplay. Had some fun games and I’m diggin the final boxes.

Knicks (105) - Clippers (100)
FG: 37/85 (44%) - 38/96 (40%)
3PT: 12/24 (50%) - 9/29 (31%)
FT: 19/24 (79%) - 15/19 (79%)
FBP: 20 - 15
PiP: 44 - 50
AST: 21 - 25
OReb: 8 - 9
DReb: 49 - 42
STL: 7 - 6
BLK: 4 - 4
TO (Pts off): 13 (7) - 7 (16)
Fouls: 12 - 17
Dunks: 6 - 2
Biggest Lead: 12 - 19

Really fun game where both teams came back from sizeable leads. Just didn’t like how the 3PT% was looking so I knocked both user and CPU 3PT success back to 55.

Knicks (111) - Lakers (102)
FG: 37/76 (49%) - 41/92 (45%)
3PT: 6/20 (30%) - 7/26 (27%)
FT: 31/34 (91%) - 13/19 (68%)
FBP: 24 - 25
PiP: 42 - 58
AST: 24 - 26
OReb: 6 - 11
DReb: 43 - 37
STL: 5 - 7
BLK: 8 - 5
TO (Pts off): 11 (12) - 10 (15)
Fouls: 14 - 21
Dunks: 4 - 6

Lakers really should’ve won this game since AD literally couldn’t be stopped, going for 28/12/1/2/2 on 12/13 from the field just off dunks and abusing the helpless Knick bigs. LeBron went for 29/6/3 but their shooters just could not hit their 3s. They also could not get out of the ref’s way, fouling what feels like every shot (twice on 3s) which lead to the upset loss.

Man how do you get those free throw numbers? I’m guessing you’re using a custom roster or certain play style?

I’m just using 2K official rosters and I test using playerlock and follow every single play the AI decides to run. Are you not getting FT numbers anywhere near that? These are 12 min quarter games.
