So you are able to enter them in and it saves where they automatically load no matter if you immediately start a new association or if you power your PS4 off and start one later?

Yes
You have to go in to the main menu( nba today ) -> options -> switch with r2 to sliders there you can set it and then its saved everywhere... If you start a new my gm then there are the sliders also set.


(Im not sure how the menus are called in english because im playing with a different language)
